breakfast was really nice. Hotel had a great room, very comfortable and relative to Italy great space. Staff was very helpful.

Hotelul este într-o zonă foarte liniștită, într-o clădire frumoasă, cu camere foarte curate și dotate cu tot ce ai nevoie. Are o grădină unde poți servi micul dejun, să te bucuri de liniște și de preparatele de o calitate superioară. Personalul hotelului este foarte amabil, în special doamna Irina de la recepție care mereu ne întâmpina cu zâmbetul pe buze și ne oferea mereu informațiile de care aveam nevoie. Hotelul este la o distanță de 15-20 de minute de mers pe jos de zonele de interes, dar asta îl face special pentru că e atât de plăcut să îți începi dimineața în liniște sau să închei o zi încărcată de plimbări într-un loc departe de agitație și haos. Recomand din tot sufletul!

Great location close to the train station and river with walking distance to the main town centre.

We enjoyed our stay here at the hotel, the rooms were clean and spacious for 3 adults to enjoy. It would have been nice for another lounge chair to enjoy but honestly we enjoyed the lounge downstairs and were out most of the days. Liked we can walk along the river into town the hot spots.

The service from Irene was great so friendly and really helped with suggestions for restaurant and what is a must for sight seeing as we did not book a couple items. We would come back here again as it was quite but still walking distance to places.

El hotel es una maravilla! Las camas, las almohadas y las sábanas son buenísimas! El desayuno súper rico y variado y tiene un jardín muy acogedor en el que también puedes desayunar. Todo el hotel está limpísimo, no solo las habitaciones sino también los espacios comunes y está todo muy nuevo.
Está a muy pocos pasos del río y puedes ir caminando al centro. El personal es súper amable. Está ubicado en una zona bastante buena de la ciudad, rodeados de edificios muy buenos, tipo palacete. La verdad es que ha superado mis expectativas.

This is the best hotel I have had the pleasure of staying at in Florence — and, I would say, one of the best hotels I have experienced in Italy.

The rooms are beautiful, modern and brand new, with high ceilings that create an incredible sense of air and space. The views of the greenery and garden are especially lovely after a day of walking through Florence.

But what makes this place truly special is the people. The staff are exceptionally kind, attentive and caring, doing everything they can to make your stay comfortable and memorable.

And, of course, the breakfasts are absolutely delicious.

I originally planned to stay in Florence for just one or two days. Instead, I extended my stay every single day and ended up spending a whole week here.

I leave with very warm memories of my time at this hotel. It is truly a place I would love to return to.

Beautiful renovated old building with very nice garden for having the breakfast and fantastic people ready to help you in any moment . Very nice stay !

Chambres plutôt confortables et très propres, et très bien insonorisée.
Le personnel a l’accueil est absolument adorable et bienveillant.
Service de voiturier (parking à 35€/jour), vous laissez vos clés et quelqu’un s’occupe d’aller garer votre véhicule que vous récupérez quand vous partez ou quand vous en avez besoin.

Globalement une bonne surprise, calme et confortable, bon rapport qualité prix, je serais heureux d'y séjourner à nouveau si je reviens à Florence.
L'hôtel est dans un immeuble ancien et on retrouve à l'intérieur les hauts plafonds, les grands volumes et grandes fenêtres d'une ancienne demeure ce qui est très agréable, l'état est excellent avec une rénovation qui semble relativement récente, la déco est discrète, sans être luxueux c'est léger et agréable.
La chambre est relativement spacieuse avec ce haut plafond, hyper calme, vue sur le jardin, climatisation très efficace et bienvenue par ces fortes chaleurs, et de loin la meilleure literie de notre séjour italien. Salle de bain très convenable avec baignoire.
Bouteille d'eau à disposition sans limite, très appréciable en août.
Bon buffet pour le petit déj dans le petit jardin au calme, où en salle climatisée si on préfère.
Staff à l'accueil agréable et accueillant, parle anglais voire français pour certains, répond avec enthousiasme aux questions.
Le quartier est très calme et aéré à 20min à pied du centre, avec quelques bars et restaus à proximités (pas de resto à l'hotel.
