Pros:

It was clean, simple and bed was very comfortable.The pictures are accurate on the interior. Very quiet and safe neighbourhood and reasonable walking distance to center.

Cons:

While the breakfast was OK, I was hoping more variety and changes or fresh juice. The ambience feels cold as interior decor is very simple.

Worth the price
Pros:

The hotel is located in a more quiet area, around 15 minutes walk from the old town and the train station.
The room is spaciuos, very clean, the bathroom is perfect.
The breakfast was exquisite, they offered a very good selection of pastries, cold cuts, cheeses, etc.

Cons:

The bed was slightly soft, and there was only one big duvet for the double bed, covered in two sheets, not in a proper duvet cover.

Hotel Ariele great value great service and very welcoming.
Pros:

The location of this hotel is very central, easy access to all restaurants. You could not fault the staff, very friendly and willing to help with directions and recommendations for restaurants. Our room was adequate for our needs with all the usual facilities. Breakfast in the morning was excellent, plenty of choice. The staff at reception were excellent always willing to show us the best places to eat the best way to get to the sights. In the evenings you could always get a drink in the hotel bar. We used the train service to Pisa. Great reliable service and value for money. Well worth the trip.

Cons:

Well nothing really with the hotel. Florence could have been a little cleaner. Lots of uncollected rubbish in the streets. Which did to let this beautiful down.

Acomodação impecável! A infraestrutura do hotel é excelente e ele fica localizado em um bairro bem tranquilo de Florença. O quarto é confortável, espaçoso e estava sempre limpo. Café da manhã delicioso e muito farto. Funcionarios gentis e sempre prestativos.

Wonderful stay
Pros:

Very clean and excellent, quiet location. Local area recently renovated. Staff was particularly helpful and responsive. A short walkable distance from the noisy activities in the more touristy, more central part of town.
