Otelin banyosu çok küçük çok eski temiz değil odalar
No idea what the negative reviews are for: You're in Roma! Warm and helpful staff. AMAZING AC! (Best so far in Europe lol). Called for a late checkout: no problem, they said! The layout of the building is unique, but it's old! The rooftop view at breakfast (and staff there) are also incredible. Our twin room was spacious enough for 2 people with 1 large suitcase, 2 small roller bags, and 2 backpacks. Prices fluctuated and we got a decent deal ($200/night with breakfast included as Gold member), but it's all about location, location, location!
Great location for the beach and away from the business of the Centro
Room smelled, felt the hotel was spiteful taking a long time making the room ready. Saw numerous people check in after us and get there room within an hour, had us waiting 6 hours.
Decent location, room was large (2 bedroom suite)
Breakfast was included in our stay, nothing fantastic, was ok. Not worth the $25 they were charging.
Ubicación fantástica. La atención del personal de recepción es destacable, son muy amables. Habitación cómoda, buen desayuno.
In the heart of all tourist attractions in Rome, this hotel was absolutely perfect. Each and every staff member was incredibly helpful and provided excellent service.
We inconvenienced ourselves by booking a room change during our stay. While not the hotel's problem, they did everything they could to make the change seamless and as convenient as possible.
We ended the stay having been in 3 rooms. All were clean and as expected. Yes the rooms on the road can be a bit noisy at night as some have mentioned, but this was not a surprise for us as it is typical for a hotel on the main roads. We simply used a white noise app to drown out some of the sound.
Overall an excellent experience and highly recommended.
This is a wonder new addition to the Hilton family and the location can NOT be beat. Almost every site except the Vatican is within a 10-minute walk - Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Altar to the Fatherland, etc. Too many restaurants to list. Staff was wonderful. They steered us to a better restaurant than the touristy ones right around it. YES, the rooms are a little small - it is a vintage Rome hotel, converted to a Hilton - all older hotels in Rome tend to have rooms on the small side. Check it out!
Location is good
Too small room and bathroom compare with price.
The staff was exceptional and always smiling. The location is perfect, and you can reach all the best spots in just a few minute which is a must for us.
Skip this one. Beds are very, very uncomfortable. Really stark atmosphere. Busy, narrow lobby with very little room for cars and people to unload. There are better options for comfort and value. The Westin Excelsior was amazing for the same price. I did not think this was up to the Hilton standard.
I’m writing this review after we just check out today. This is our second time staying in a Hilton hotel in Europe as a gold member. The best part of this hotel is the location. It is very close to major tourist attractions. We got the Vittoriano King Junior Suite and it was perfect for our family of four. The bidet is a pleasant surprise. It also features amazing views of Vittoriano monument , Roman forum and a small portion of the Colosseum. The room was clean and the staff were friendly and accommodating . We also got to check in early which was a huge plus! Breakfast was surprisingly good as well. I don’t understand the bad reviews. We are very picky with hotels and we were pleasantly surprised because our expectations were low/ realistic based on the mixed reviews. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
For Rome it’s considered a nicer hotel. I could t tell if it was under renovation or if the current set up was the hotel how it was supposed to be. This one was a big miss for me. The highlight was safer area and rooftop breakfast location. We had messaged hotel to ask best way to transfer from train station and felt kind of blown off with a general get any taxi from stand response. We did that and got cheated by the driver with a cash swap scam. I would have preferred a recommendation for a private driver service like other hotels indicate. As our “welcome to Rome” it was disappointing. The staff at check in offered tour recommendations etc and were generally pleasant. If we return to Rome we will stay elsewhere.
Not worth the price
The hotel is in a great location, but unfortunately, the cleanliness and customer service were terrible. When we first arrived, the bidet had dirty towels in it and the bathroom floor clearly had not been cleaned properly. We went out to explore Rome, and housekeeping supposedly “fixed” the issues while we were gone.
After a long day, we came back to the room around midnight and discovered that two of the beds had obviously dirty sheets covered in other people’s hair — not just a stray hair or two, but enough to make it clear the sheets had not been changed at all. It was disgusting.
I went to the front desk, and the employee told me she needed photos before she could send housekeeping. So at midnight, I had to go back upstairs, take multiple pictures, and bring them back down. She never even looked at them. Eventually, she sent a very kind maintenance/housekeeping gentleman upstairs to help change the sheets, and he was the only bright spot in the experience.
What shocked me most was the complete lack of concern from management or staff. No one called afterward to check on us, apologize, or make sure the situation was resolved. The next morning, no one acknowledged it at all. While waiting for our taxi, I asked for a bottle of water and was told I would need to buy one from the vending machine.
I stay at Hilton properties often and am Diamond for Life, so I’ve experienced many hotels over the years. We had just come from the James Suite in Florence, which I highly recommend, and the difference in hospitality was night and day. I have honestly never been treated this poorly at a Hilton, and experiences like this are what make loyal customers consider switching brands.
GREAT LOCATION !
We were able to walk everywhere including the Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, and the Spanish Steps. The Vatican and St Peter's Square were about a 35 minute walk.
The hotel building was originally built in 1891 so it is not as accessible as newer hotels. There is an elevator but some steps are required to get around the hotel. Rooms are modern and clean but lacking in space to unpack or put things away. Our fourth floor room was comfortable and very quiet.
Front desk staff were friendly and helpful.
The rooftop breakfast area had great views. The food the was well stocked and had a good variety to choose from. The two people working every morning were welcoming and quick with your coffee. Thanks for getting us off to a good start every day!
I believe this is an underrated hotel. Given the location in close walking proximity to the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, etc. the fact that the room was very clean and well organized including the bathroom and the staff was very friendly and accommodating, this hotel was perfect for our Rome stay. The room rate for mid-week I felt was a good value. However the room rate for the weekend was more than double (we stayed mid-week). Given the location, the modern rooms, cleanliness, and friendly staff, I will give this 5 stars.
Konum 10/10.
Great hotel and the location cannot be beaten. Older property that has been nicely renovated. We had two rooms. One was tiny but the other specious.
