Unser Besuch in Ihrem Hotel
Pros:

Die Lage, das Frühstück, das gemütliche Bett, die Außensitzplätze, die Fahrstühle, das geräumige Zimmer.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer hatte mehr als 3/4 Blick auf eine Wand/Mauer. Die Lüftung im Bad war zu laut. Wasserkocher/Tee, Zahnputzbecher wären gut. Kein Saft an der Bar erhältlich.

Die Zimmerreservierungsabteilung bedarf einer Verbesserung
Pros:

Große Zimmer, gute Sauberkeit, eine bereitgestellte Flasche Mineralwasser im Zimmer, gutes WLAN, ein gut funktionierender Kühlschrank, recht bequeme Kissen und Matratzen sowie die günstige Lage des Hotels sind die Pluspunkte dieses Hauses

Cons:

Leider gibt es in den Zimmern keine Klimaanlage (wir mussten nachts mit laufendem Ventilator schlafen). Die Toiletten sollten unter dem Rand gründlicher gereinigt werden – die Verschmutzungen fallen ins Auge, wenn man zum Beispiel aus Zimmer 217 darauf blickt. In meinem Zimmer war zudem die Dusche sehr unpraktisch: Der Wasserstrahl traf in die Ecke der Badewanne, sodass man selbst in der Ecke der Wanne stehen musste, um zu verhindern, dass die Dusche das gesamte Badezimmer überschwemmt, da es weder einen Duschvorhang noch feste Duschabtrennungen gab.

Leider habe ich trotz frühzeitiger Reservierung und der Bitte um zwei Zimmer mit Balkon – ich habe sogar die Nummer des Zimmers genannt, in dem ich im vergangenen Jahr mit Blick in den Innenhof gewohnt habe – zwei Zimmer zur Straßenseite am Ku’damm bekommen, von denen eines ohne Balkon war. Dadurch wurden wir nachts stark durch den Verkehrslärm gestört. Besonders enttäuschend war, dass ich im Vorfeld die Rückmeldung erhalten hatte, das Hotel könne unseren Zimmerwunsch erfüllen. An der Rezeption wurde mir zwar ein kleineres Zimmer mit Balkon auf einer anderen Etage angeboten, was für mich jedoch nicht in Frage kam, da ich meine betagten Eltern begleitet habe
