Their were some smears on the door frame. I purchased an upgrade by auction but the room didn‘t feel like an upgrade (1st floor, window to the inner courtyard).

Unsägliches Haus. Unsäglicher Service. Nie wieder.

Das gebuchte Zimmer war beim Betreten eiskalt. Und blieb es vorerst auch. Es gab bis in den späten Abend von drei verschiedenen, völlig überforderten Angestellten hilflose Versuche, die defekte Heizung an den Start zu bringen. Zuletzt vom auch noch unverschämt rechthaberischen Barmann(!) des Hauses. Die Rezeption bot mir unterdessen ernsthaft "eine zusätzliche Decke für die Nacht" an. Erst am Abend gelang es, die Heizung anzuwerfen, die ab sofort einen jeder Nachtruhe unmöglichen machenden Dauer-Lärm verbreitete. Nur Abschalten half. Habe nach einem Tag entsetzt das Haus verlassen, was gegen Erstattung der gebuchten zweiten Übernachtung erst nach erheblichem Hin- und Her im Wege einer - ernsthaft so bezeichneten - "Kulanz"(!) über die Bühne ging. Wie kommt so ein Haus, annonciert mir vier(!) Sternen, bei booking ins Portfolio?
