Immer wieder gerne
Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr schön. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter und immer hilfsbereit. Das Badezimmer war sehr schön. Das Frühstück ist richtig toll - von allem etwas und immer schön hergerichtet.

Cons:

Der einstieg in die Badewann ist sehr hoch und auch der ausstieg

Pros:

Понравился отель и размером номера, и расположением к S-Bahn, и наличием кафе/ресторанов в округе с хорошими оценками. Быстрое заселение и очень удобно, что выселение до 12:00: можно было спокойно позавтракать и собраться. Завтрак, кстати, тоже понравился: было все необходимое для начала дня от яиц до йогурта и овсянки.

Nicht wieder!

Die Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption sowie das Frühstückspersonal waren freundlich.
Die Mitarbeiterin kümmerte sich darum, dass wir unser Geld für die dritte Nacht zurückerstattet bekommen haben, so dass wir in ein anderes Hotel umziehen konnten.

Cons:

Im ersten Zimmer war das WLAN ausgefallen, so dass uns am darauffolgenden Tag ein neues Zimmer angeboten wurde. Im neuen Zimmer war das Bad verschmutzt. Fremde Haare, Zahnpastareste unter dem Spiegel sowie ein altes Handtuch am Haken fanden wir vor. Das war ziemlich eklig. Auch im Bett gab es ein fremdes Haar.
Neben mangelnder Sauberkeit fand ich auch die Zimmer ziemlich abgewohnt. In unserem ersten Zimmer stand das Bett ziemlich nah an der Tür. Im dritten Stockwerk gibt es Stahltüren. Wenn man auf dem Bett lag, sah man direkt auf die Stahltür, was nicht gerade zum Wohlbefinden beigetragen hat.
