Stayed here 4 times now and would stay again if I’m passing

Pros:

Ein absolut alter Hotelbau, alles 70!jahre.. uralt, ein Fahrstuhl von dreien hat funktioniert. Das Licht im Bad hat nur geflackert… dafür ist der Flughafen basel in 15 Minuten erreichbar. Das Hotel liegt mitten im Industrie Gebiet.

Gute Transitübernachtung.
Pros:

Für uns als Transithotel gut gelegen, kostenfreier Parkplatz.

Cons:

Ein einziger funktionierender Aufzug in einem Hochhaus, das ist unzureichend, lange Wartezeiten. Die offenen Treppenhäuser waren schwer zu finden.

Für eine Nacht war das alles in Ordnung. Tolles Team! Renovierung nötig
Pros:

Das Personal war stets kompetent, freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Für die Lage in Autobahnnähe hatten wir eine unerwartet ruhige Nacht trotz geöffnetem Fenster.
Wir hatten ein Upgrade auf ein Superior Zimmer bekommen.

Cons:

Der Frühstücksraum ist in die Jahre gekommen, es ist alles etwas eng und unübersichtlich. Das Frühstück war ok, ich glaube die Präsentation des Frühstücks kann verbessert werden.
Die Größe des Zimmers war etwas überdimensioniert, dafür das Bad viel zu klein. Der irgendwie futuristische Toilettendeckel wirkte auch eher ältlich. Abgesehen davon, dass sich die Funktionsvielfalt uns nicht erschloß. Einfach alles mal renovieren, dann seid ihr wieder Spitze. Das Personal dafür habt ihr an Bord.
Zwei von drei Aufzügen waren außer Betrieb. Das hat doch jedesmal etwas gedauert. Und das Treppenhaus sollte man nur im Brandfall benutzen.

Dat al 2 jaar de liften het niet doen , en er niets aan wordt gedaan. En dat het bij ontbijt de 2 e koffie moet betalen. Daarom ontbijten wij er niet meer
