Pros:

Beautiful historic hotel. Stayed before and just the same as then. Our room with views of the piazza della republica are great. I like the music at night. If you don’t, get a courtyard facing room. Staff are great. Rehan and Marco - thank you.

Morgenmaden var god.
Dejligt værelse med god udsigt. Vi havde i første omgang ikke - som ellers lovet - badekar på badeværelset, men fik næste dag et andet værelse med badekar.
Bedste hovedpuder vi har oplevet på noget hotel!
Dejligt med velfungerende elevator.

Cons:

Fantastisk central beliggenhed, men hver aften og først på natten meget larm fra musik og sang på Piazza della Repubblica, som vores vindue vendte ud mod. Ved godt, at det ikke er hotellets skyld eller ansvar, men det hører med til totaloplevelsen.
Dynerne var lidt mærkelige, idet de var uden betræk, men lå løst i et omviklet lagen.

훌륭한 위치에 훌륭한 호텔
Pros:

위치는 더할 나위 없어요 호텔까지 가는 동안 ZTL 걱정 안해도 되요 예약한 주차장에 발렛서비스 해주고 거기서 ZTL 관련 차량 등록도 해준대요 물론 비용은 있지만 피렌체 시내의 교통 생각하면 너무 편안한 선택이었어요
도심에 있어서 관광하다 들어와서 쉬기도 좋고, 아침에 산책삼아 관광지 한번 돌아보기에 좋아요. 산책후 먹는 조식은 꿀맛이예요
일행은 여기 방이 이태리 전체에서 제일 맛있었답니다

Camera minuscola, vetri per niente insonorizzati quindi dal gran che facevano casino fuori non abbiamo dormito, avevo chiesto letto matrimoniale ma erano due singoli attaccati e c'era un capello nella doccia
