Great experience at the Hotel Pendini in the heart of Florence. The property sits on the Piazza della Repubblica, an ideal location to see all the top spots in Florence. The historical core of the city is compact, and everything we wanted to see was within a 10-15 minute walk. Lots of fabulous restaurants nearby, as well. Yet the hotel feels very private (and safe) in the middle of the city. Room was large and well-appointed. Breakfast was exceptional -- our best hotel breakfast experience in Italy. Staff were friendly and professional. We loved the Hotel Pendini!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Hotel Pendini.

Location – Right on Piazza della Repubblica, making it easy to walk to all the major historic attractions. The lively historic center atmosphere added to the experience.

Staff – Extremely efficient, welcoming, and consistently helpful throughout our stay.

Room – My room was lovely, with high ceilings, antique furnishings, a modern bathroom, and impeccable cleanliness. It was also very quiet, and I had a great night's sleep.

Breakfast – Served in a sunny breakfast room with delicious options whether you want a full breakfast or something lighter.

Overall, Hotel Pendini offered excellent value, and I would happily stay there again.

Close to many attractions, high end shopping and good restaurants. Ability to see many wonderful views.
Nice and varied breakfast, with a very nice staff.
Close to the square and loud people walking outside which you can hear at 2 or 3 in the morning. However, we did stay May 1st Italy’s Labor Day. Very busy area. Elevator broke this weekend. Do have a staff elevator, which becomes very busy. Be ready to climb stairs.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Pendini. We were a group of 12 so we had family suites and single rooms. The rooms were beautifully decorated, very clean, and quiet. The staff was helpful and pleasant and the daily breakfast was great. The best part of the hotel was its location, just a 5 minute walk to just about everything!

We had a very enjoyable stay at Hotel Pendini. The property has a true family-owned feel and is rich in history, which is reflected beautifully in the décor throughout.

Our deluxe room was adequately sized, very clean, and well decorated. It opened onto the piazza, providing a wonderful view. That said, be aware that music from the square can be heard most evenings until around midnight. Rooms that are not directly adjacent to the piazza may not be affected, so if this is a concern, it’s worth asking about room location when booking. We found the noise manageable by using brown noise on our phones.

The staff were friendly, helpful, and consistently polite, which made the stay even more pleasant. The location is hard to beat—arguably one of the best in Florence for sightseeing, with everything within easy walking distance.

We would absolutely stay here again for a sightseeing trip. However, if you’re looking for complete quiet and privacy, you may want to consider that before booking.

We stayed at Hotel Pendini for one night on our way to a bike ride in Tuscany. It was in a great location. The room was very accommodating. And spacious as we had three people in it - ourselves a couple and our daughter. A awesome breakfast was included. It was plentiful with homemade sweets, yogurt, eggs, prosciutto, and other sorted meats and cheeses. It was very clean. Only downfall was a little bit of noise in the square after midnight. But that would not deter us from staying again. We would definitely stay there again.

L'hôtel est situé à un exdroit exeptionnel. On est près de tous les lieux qui comptent (musées, églises, places, restaurants.Le petit-déjeuner est très copieux et varié. Le salon est particulièrement agréable, il est bien meublé et les tableaux choisis sont parfaits pour l'endroit.
Ja chambre est petite mais fonctionnelle. On s'y trouve bien.
