Tough to find if you are driving in yourself. as you are entering the old city but once settled you cannot beat it. The breakfast was very nice and coffee/tea/juice was available all day. The beds were very comfortable, just lacking a robe (I am spoiled).

Konumu muazzam,terminalden yürüyerek elimizde bavullarla hiç de zorlanmadan gittik ve döndük.Otelin tarihi dokusu ve odaların içi çok güzel.Mini barda sadece 2 su oluyor yenilenmeyen gün oldu ancak onu kendiniz temin ederseniz hiç sorun yok.Kahvaltısı çeşitli ve kahvaltı alanı katı çok güzel bi ambiansa sahip.Sıcaklık olarak şubat ayında hiçbir sıkıntı yaşamadık gayet güzel ve yeterliydi sıcak su sorunu da yok. Odalarda terlik ve ketıl yok eğer bilmek isteyen varsa ama güzel tatafkar çok ki bunlardan sebep puan kırmaya hiç değmez

I stayed at this hotel in 2017 with my daughter and was lucky enough to have room with a window looking over the Piazza della Repubblica. It was a lot of fun to watch all the doings down below, and the views of Florence were very nice too!
Our plans to Florence were a bit last Minute this time so we were not able to get a view room, but our room was just fine.
The hotel is an older historic hotel, but that is the charm of the place. You can't beat the location - very centrally located.
Their breakfast is also very nice. And they always have a self service Coffee, Tea and Cookie set up in their very comfortable and cozy common area. It is decorated with wonderful period photos of the life of the Hotel.
The staff is very friendly and the hotel is very clean.
They also offered to store our luggage and use the restrooms if we arrived early as we were coming by train. But our room was ready when we arrived. But it was very kind of them to offer that to us so we did not have to worry about hanging around until check in time.

Great location!

We loved our stay at Hotel Pendini, the beautiful historical decor and layout created a welcome and relaxing ambience during our travels. The location is very central, close and easy short walk to all attractions, local markets/shops, and restaurants, in a street with big brand shops. Very professional and helpful reception staff. The breakfast was amazing and very memorable with great service, a great way to start our day. The tea/coffee/juice cart with biscuit snacks during the day near reception was a nice touch and very appreciated. The breakfast packs to take with us on our early morning departures were very welcome and appreciated for our train travel. Our family with teens/young adults would definitely stay here again.

We had a great 3 night stay here. Centrally located. Clean. Great breakfast offerings. The room was decent size for Europe. Small bathroom, but serves its purpose. Walls are a little thin, but good night sleep.

El lugar es muy bonito extraordinariamente bellas instalaciones el personal super amable uno de los mejores hoteles en los que he estado con una vista a la plaza y al duomo y te queda caminando muy cerca todo desde la estación 10 mins y todo a 5-15 mins

The hotel is in a nice area, close to shopping, restaurants and not far from a number of historical sites. The rooms are well maintained and clean. The included buffet breakfast is nice. It has a lovely lounge area where you can relax and chat, and have a tea or coffee from the adjacent complementary refreshment table. Would definitely go back.

We stayed at this hotel in Florence and had a mixed experience.

The positives:
The location is excellent—right in the historic center on one of Florence’s beautiful piazzas. The property itself has a great deal of history, which adds to its charm. The staff were consistently professional and courteous, and the breakfast provided was very nice and well organized.

The negatives:
Unfortunately, there were several issues that affected our comfort. The room temperature was centrally controlled and set to 24°C, which was far too warm for us to sleep comfortably. We asked the staff to turn the system off, but it automatically reset at midnight. Compounding the issue, the window in our room was broken and could not be opened, and it was not repaired during our stay.

Because the hotel is located on a lively historic piazza, noise was also a problem. We stayed on a Friday and Saturday night, and a nearby restaurant had a live band playing very loudly until about 1:30 a.m., making it difficult to sleep.

The valet service was convenient, but when we retrieved our car, we found that many settings had been changed: the steering wheel position, climate control, and radio station were all adjusted, and there was an unpleasant smell in the car.

Overall, this hotel has a lot going for it in terms of location, history, and staff professionalism, but issues with temperature control, noise, and valet handling detracted significantly from our stay.
