Konumu ve temizliği çok iyiydi.

Cons:

Personel samimi değildi. Günümüz bitmişti. Bagajları 2 saatliğine otele bırakmaya izin verdiler. Daha rahat gezelim diye. Geldiğimizde su kabindaki su bitmişti. Su istedik. Personelin birisi tamam getiriyoruz dedi, diğeri ona kızdı neden getiriyorsun diye. İşleri bitince insan olarak görmemeleri bizi çok üzdü. Çok basit bir şey ama bizi üzdü.

Posizione eccellente in pieno centro storico e a 10 minuti dalla stazione. Camera spaziosa e molto tranquilla con arredi d'epoca. Palazzo d'epoca favoloso

Il bagno era eccessivamente piccolo. Forse sarebbe meglio togliere il bidet per avere piu spazio. Il phon funzionava male

Excellent!
Pros:

Staff was friendly and helpful! Room was large and nicely decorated. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good and they fixed us a breakfast-to-go bag when we had an early morning excursion. I would highly recommend this hotel!

The hotel is an old building but beautifully maintained and a Perfect location for seeing Florence. Lovely people. Breakfast was delicious with great choices. Room was comfortable and quiet. Would definitely reccomend

Cons:

광장이 시끄러웠음. 하루 뜨거운 물이 고장나 샤워 못했음. 다행히 다음 날 수리가 됐음. 가방은 직접 옮겨야 해 많으면 힘듬.
