Excelente ubicación. El personal muy amable. Nos permitieron guardar las maletas antes del checkin y después del checkout. Habitación cómoda y con una pequeña terraza, que aunque no utilizamos, era muy coqueta. La cama muy grande y cómoda.

Cons:

Se escuchaba mucho a los vecinos desde el cuarto de baño. La rejilla del sumidero de la ducha estaba levantada y podía ser incluso peligrosa. Al utilizar la ducha, la mampara no era cerrada y se salía el agua.

Buena relación calidad-precio teniendo en cuenta la ubicación privilegiada.

La ubicación es inmejorable, la habitación estaba muy limpia y el baño perfectamente equipado.

Cons:

En la habitación de tres personas apenas hay espacio para dejar las maletas, hay que estar abriéndolas y cerrándolas continuamente para que no entorpezcan el paso.

Recomendado, excelente estancia!
Pros:

Todo excelente. No comí desayuno en el hotel, pero la ubicacion super central y facil de llegar. La habitacion era grande e espaciosa.

Cons:

La cama y las almuhadas eran duras.

Hotel muy bien ubicado, buen desayuno, buena atención, muy buen baño.
Pros:

La ubicación del Hotel, al lado de la Puerta del Sol, con acceso cercano a lugares importantes. (Teatro Real, Palacio Real, etc.)

Cons:

La habitación es algo reducida, pero con excelente baño y escritorio muy útil.

Con aire acondicionado.

Emplacement exceptionnel au centre ville à proximité de tout à pieds.
La bouche de métro Sol est à 40 mètres de l'hôtel, le personnel et les équipements sont à la hauteur du 3 étoiles.

Cons:

Lovely stay. Will be back again!
Pros:

Great hotel in a fantastic location and excellent rooms. Rooms were spacious, beds comfy, nice breakfast and lounge was handy for having a rest between sight seeing. Staff always helpful. Rooms were quiet, you never heard outside noise or other guests. We'll be staying again.

観光にはとても便利なロケーション
Pros:

ロケーションは最高でした。最寄り駅から近く、観光にも便利な場所でした。ホテルも古さはありましたが、清潔感があってシャワーの水圧も問題なかったです。朝食も普通に美味しかった。

Cons:

特に悪い点は無かったです。強いて言うなら下の階のお客がバルコニーで深夜まで騒いでいた事。
