A pesar de que al personal de recepción le cayera muy mal nuestro comentario, con la habitación cerrada y mi valija estaba abierta y faltaron 200 euros de un lugar muy escondido que teníamos. Me dijeron que era imposible, por lo tanto tambien comento que el hotel esta "embrujado" asi que tengan cuidado que las valijas se abren solas y el dinero, tras nuestro error de dejarlo en la habitación, también desaparece por arte de magia.
Eso no quita que la ubicación del hotel sea excelente. Lo demás ya lo expliqué
La recepcionista de la noche, cuando le explicamos la situación, y consultarle si había cámaras, nos dijo que JUSTAMENTE EN ESE SECTOR LAS CAMARAS NO TOMAN LA ENTRADA A LA HABITACIÓN..que lástima no.??
Bueno..esa fue nuestra última experiencia..las anteriores nunca hubo queja

Mi sono sentita davvero accolta
La cosa che ho apprezzato di più è sicuramente la posizione: centralissima e comodissima per muoversi a piedi e raggiungere tantissimi posti.
Un grazie particolare al personale della reception che mi hanno aiutata nel risolvere un problema, trovando subito la soluzione.
È stato un soggiorno molto piacevole e tornerei sicuramente qui quando tornerò a Madrid. Grazie davvero per l'accoglienza! ❤️🇪🇸

Pros:

La posizione fantastica, lo staff cordiale e accogliente. Attaccata alla Puerta del sol a piedi puoi raggiungere in pochi minuti tutti i punti di interesse. Colazione varia e abbondante
