Fabulous hotel, on a excellent location
Pros:

Location was perfect, just a 10 minute walk to the Duomo. Hotel was a fabulous place, clean amazing decor with a very relaxed vibe. Rooms were spotless and adequate size. Would definitely stay again if visiting Milan.

Cons:

Roadworks outside spoiled the outside and immediate loom of the hotel but once inside - a whole different story

unica nota positiva di questo hotel e' il sig Salvatore alla reception ma solo lui gli altri sono da non salvare . e la signora che fa il letto

colazione dozzinale , impossibile arrivare all'hotel in macchina , hotel per chi desidera il traffico e il rumore piu' intenso di Milano niente ristorante nessun servizio e cortesia da parte di nessuno

la camera era talmente piccola che a stento si passava tra il letto ed il muro .
la signora delle pulizie ha bussato piu volte nel pomeriggio per il riordino della camera che comunque era stata libera dalle 10 alle 14 , alla fine le ho detto di lasciarla così sentendomi rispondere che la mattina devono rifare le camere che si liberano ....

Unprofessional behavior from the staff

The location is great

Cons:

We arrived late at night and we had to park the car about 7 mins walk from the hotel, we shared our concern with the receptionist and then he started to say stuff like “if you dont like it you can leave” or “im only talking to your man not you “, and he was extremely aggressive, he totally ruined our trip to Milan!! This is extremely unprofessional
