Pros:

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. A lovely hotel and handy location. Not in the hustle bustle of the city center but easy to access a s bahn, bus or U bahn.

Empfehlenswertes Hotel in ruhiger Lage mit gutem Frühstück!
Pros:

Gute ruhige Lage des Hotels. Schöner moderner Baustill, gute stilvolle Einrichtung im Hotel und dem Zimmer. Sehr gutes Frühstück in ausreichender Menge und guter Qualität. Freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Die Dame am Empfang war bei Anreise durchaus sehr freundlich aber wirkte etwas schläfrig. Die Rechnung war falsch ausgestellt und es fehlten Informationen zu Frühstückszeiten, dem Frühstücksraum selbst und z.B. auch zu dem offensichtlich im Haus befindlichen Schwimmbad. Das Rechnungsproblem war am Morgen geklärt und alles andere nicht schlimm aber man kann das durchaus besser machen.

Cons:

Bruit dans la chambre 41 : bruit de l'ascenseur et des occupants.
Chambre non-fumeur et pourtant par moments odeurs de fumée de cigarette.
Il manque des fruits au petit déjeuner : choix trop réduit

Pros:

Der überaus freundliche Empfang beim check in und Service - es blieben keine Wünsche oder Fragen offen (besonderes Lob an die Spätschicht - wir fühlten uns so gut umsorgt!♡).
Der sehr schöner Spa Bereich - man konnte auch noch abends herrlich entspannen.
Das sehr gute Frühstück - für jeden was dabei.

Wir fühlten uns rundum wohl!

Cons:

Das, was mir vielleicht gefehlt hat oder nicht supi war, ist auf die Buchung kurz vor Anreise zurückzuführen, der die gute Auslastung des Hotels entgegen stand (wer nicht kommt zur rechten Zeit...). Ihr hättet nichts besser machen können!

Pros:

Gute Lage und Verkehrsanbindung zwischen Stadion und City. Leckeres Frühstück. Mit etwas Glück gibt es kostenfreies Parken in Hotelnähe. Badehose nicht vergessen!

Cons:

Tee/Kaffeezubeteitung auf dem Zimmer wäre wünschenswert

Angenehmer Ankerpunkt in der großen Stadt
Pros:

Wir sind Wiederholungstäter - das sagt wohl schon einiges über die Qualität des Hauses. Man fühlt sich gut aufgenommen. Sehr freundlicher Empfang, solide Ausstattung, gute Versorgung. Dazu der Parkplatz, für eine sorgenfreie Unterbringung des Autos - nicht an jedem der in der Nähe liegenden Hotels üblich. Für Autofreie Mobilität ist durch Bus und U-Bahn gesorgt und bei Bedarf kommt ein Taxi in drei Minuten.

Cons:

Alles gut, nicht mal über das Wetter konnten wir klagen.

Zimmer mit toller Terrasse.

Wasserdruck (v.a. Kaltwasser) ausgesprochen niedrig.
Einrichtung teilweise etwas staubig / abgenutzt (Bett quietscht, Handtuchhalter rostig) - Renovierung wäre demnächst mal dran

Wirklich sehr netter Service! Schöner Pool und tolle Lage

Cons:

Leider waren einige Geräte defekt bzw. fehlten, aber hier habe ich aber gute Hilfe erhalten. Die Matratze war leider völlig durchgelegen und gebogen.
