Sauberes, kleines Zimmer fußläufig zum Hauptbahnhof.
Pros:

Lage sehr nah am Hauptbahnhof.
Kleines, sauberes Zimmer mit Bad. Ruhig.

Cons:

Auf den Straßen stehen suspekt wirkende Personen herum. Nicht wirklich bedrohlich, aber etwas unheimlich. Die Gegend gehört nicht zum Rotlichtviertel, wohl aber zur Bahnhofsgegend.
Das Fenster geht direkt zu einer Feuertreppe auf. Es war im Hinterhof niemand zu sehen oder zu hören, fühlt sich aber etwas unsicher an.
Es wird kein Frühstück angeboten (war für mich kein Problem).
Das angekündigte WLAN hat für mich nicht funktioniert.

Una soluzione comoda e funzionale con un rapporto qualità prezzo vantaggioso
Pros:

Ottima posizione a cinque minuti a piedi dalla stazione centrale di Francoforte. Stanza pulita e confortevole con bagno nuovo e funzionale.

Cons:

La reception è chiusa anche di giorno ma il check in on-line è comunque funzionale. Non c'è l'aria condizionata ma un ventilatore che comunque rende la condizione accettabile.

Pros:

Es lag gut zentral und insbesondere das Personal (Rezeption und auch der Roomservice) ist wirklich sehr sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Man kann alles fußläufig erreichen, oder mit der Straßenbahn.
Für einen Städtetrip ist das Topas Hotel sehr gut geeignet.

Cons:

Es gibt nur 2 Stellplätze in einer 3 Minuten entfernten Tiefgarage.
Vor dem Hotel Parkplätze mit Parkschein, von 8:00 bis 17:00 Uhr, aber dafür kann ja das Hotel nichts.

No me gustó nada en plena calle donde se ejercen robos drogas y prostitucion, nada que ver con las fotos que anuncia Booking ni bañera ni personas que venga a limpiar ni minibar y mucha calor la habitación un horno y sucia con un ventilador,nadie para atenderte en recepción los drogadictos entran dentro a consumir vamos una locura

Ich bin sehr enttäuscht von diesem Hotel.

Ich habe das Zimmer morgens gebucht und 84 € dafür bezahlt. Laut der Buchungsbestätigung war der Check-in ab 14:00 Uhr möglich.

Ich kam um 15:00 Uhr im Hotel an und musste feststellen, dass mein Zimmer überhaupt nicht gereinigt war. Auf dem Bett lagen Haare, die Mülleimer waren voll, leere Flaschen standen im Zimmer und die Handtücher waren offensichtlich nicht gewechselt worden.

Ich hatte an diesem Tag wichtige Termine und wollte mich vorab nur kurz ausruhen und duschen. Stattdessen musste ich warten, bis mein Zimmer überhaupt erst gereinigt wurde.

Das ist für mich absolut inakzeptabel. Wenn ein Hotel einen Check-in ab 14:00 Uhr anbietet, muss das Zimmer zu diesem Zeitpunkt auch bezugsfertig sein. Für 84 € erwarte ich zumindest ein sauberes Zimmer.

Leider hat dieses Erlebnis meinen Aufenthalt und meine Stimmung erheblich beeinträchtigt. Ich kann dieses Hotel aufgrund dieser Erfahrung nicht weiterempfehlen.

Sehr sehr warmes Zimmer
Cons:

Kein Rezeptions-Personal,überhitztes kleines Zimmer. Da das Zimmer nach hinten lag, gab es eine Notausgangstreppe. Dort haben sich einige Gäste aufgehalten,geraucht und gekifft. Der Gestankt war bis ins Zimmer zu riechen. Das Zimmer konnte man wegen der Hitze nur bei weit geöffneten Zimmer ertragen.
