Hotel Topas

Cozy small hotel. Single room is small but has all you need. Staff is helpful and warm; Giovanna even went up with me when I thought I couldn't lock my door well. Breakfast is simple but enough to power you until lunch. Good value for money. Some reviews say the surroundings are not safe; it's nothing you don't see in any big city, but just be alert. It's worth it to be near the main train station and tram stop/.

The room was compact and rather small for a couple, but alright for one night. It was clean and comfortable. The receptionists were polite and cheerful and the breakfast was more than adequate and managed with a pleasant personal touch.

Very close to train station. No air conditioning, so had to leave windows open. Loud noise from the trains and emergency vehicles heard all night. Streets surrounding hotel are not the best. Visible drug paraphernalia on the sidewalk just outside the entry to the hotel.

We stayed for 3 nights. The staff were very cooperative and has good experience. Worth for the price we paid.

This is a good hotel for Frankfurt Main Station. It's less than a 5 minute walk away. The price was very reasonable. It's a no frills place, but the room was clean with decent amenities. Breakfast was reasonable.

Staff is friendly and helpful. We had no problem checking in early which was extremely helpful. No complaints at all.

Have stayed here several times before while catching early morning flight. The location is perfect and the hotel is clean with great bedding!

The hotel itself was great but the street had broken beer bottles and scary people.

The apartment or the family rooms are located on the attic, top floor and we have to carry our luggage 1 floor up

After a long flight from nyc we arrived a bit after check in time to find out one of my band members room was completely dirty because it was never cleaned. This delayed us big time since we were performing and needed to be at our sound check. Staff was extremely rude and did not at least try to compensate us with a complementary breakfast for the band member. I chose this hotel because it had a rating of 8.2. I was very disappointed and would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Anytime the employees suggested you write a bad review tells me they don’t appreciate their customers.

Desk clerks were super friendly and helpful. Super convenient area barwly 5 min from the hbf. Lots of food around. The only downside is that some people may not like the area its in. However it didnt bother me personally. I wish i stayed the whole time here

The rooms are pretty small, but comfortable and clean. Breakfast is typical fare, and available until 10. A coffee machine in the lobby would be nice, but nothing else to complain about. It’s quiet, with a nice lounge in back, very convenient to the Hauptbahnhof and with plenty of restaurants and a market and late-night kiosk nearby, and cheap. And the staff is friendly and helpful 24 hours/day.
