Sehr schöne Unterkunft, top Mitarbeiter
Pros:

Die Unterkunft war sehr gut gelegen und schön eingerichtet. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und wir hatten sogar eine Minibar.
Die Mitarbeiter waren top, sehr sympathisch und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war gut, die Auswahl jedoch ausbaufähig. Ich fand es schade, dass Eier extra gekostet haben.
Ein Fön aufm Zimmer wäre perfekt!

Pros:

Room was well-sized, had a refrigerator, free tea-coffee making facilities, bath.
Breakfast was good, although continental, quite a wide selection - pastries, cheese, ham, fruits, cereals, porridge.
Very friendly staff.

Cons:

The rooms are a bit worn out.

Gutes Stadthotel
Pros:

Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen, nahe an der U-Bahn und an Lokalen/Geschäften. Direktverbindung nach Heathrow.

Freundliches Personal.
Saubere Zimmer.

Cons:

Die Fenster im Bad waren undicht, es war teilweise kühl.

Great location, quaint hotel in the center of London.
Pros:

This was such a lovely hotel. I had a single room that was small, but honestly, it was perfect for my needs. The location is great as you're close to Kensington High St and different modes of transport. Would highly recommend.

Pros:

We liked a lot the location - convenient to travel around, walking distance to Olympia for Book Fair. The quiet street of the hotel was a big plus and escape from city noice.
Breakfast was good enough. Paid options available as well.

Cons:

The ventilator sound in the in bathroom was quite loud and annoying. Though it switches off if not used, so the problem only while using the facilities.

Un bon hôtel "so british" dans un quartier élégant de Londres
Pros:

Le style très british de l'établissement : on est loin des établissements sans style et c'est un vrai plus !
Emplacement idéal pour se rendre à Olympia (hall d'exposition). Le quartier est desservi par la Picadilly line, une ligne de métro directe et très pratique lorsque l'on arrive à la gare de Saint-Pancras.
De plus, l'hôtel était très calme !
Chambre single petite mais fonctionnelle, convenablement équipée et lumineuse. Equipe sympathique et serviable.

Cons:

Le petit-déjeuner était moyen : fruits coupés en très petites quantités (certes, réapprovisionnées, mais au vu des minuscules coupelles proposées et des autres clients qui attendent leur tour, on n'ose guère se servir. De plus, pains, jambons et fromages hyper industriels... Cela étant, le personnel en charge du petit-déjeuner était charmant et le porridge cuisiné à la demande, était délicieux !
Autre bémol : la décoration est un peu vieillotte et c'est dommage car elle a du cachet !
