Comfortable Stay with Kids and Dog
Pros:

Great location surrounded by the beautiful forest within walking distance to the cable car, ice arena, shopping and restaurants. Dog friendly and great for families - the pool and sauna were clean and comfortable temperatures. Bathrobes and pool towels available at the front desk. Table tennis, billiards and other games downstairs for big kids and a playroom next to the main dining room for little kids. Staff were kind and helpful.

Cons:

Unfortunately no refrigerator in the room and the hotel restaurant didn’t offer À la Carte menu options only an expensive dinner buffet.

Pæn istandsat reception og restaurant- håber virkelig de kigger på den dårlige kvalitet af senge. Trækker gevaldig ned.

Cons:

Enormt dårlige senge som virkelig trænger til udskiftning. Knager og larmer hver gang én vender sig. Man kan sågar høre naboværelsets dårlige senge.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel mit netten Personal!
Toller Wellnessbereich!
Sehr zentral in Braunlage gelegen! Guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge!
Klasse Frühstück was keine Wünsche offen lässt!

Cons:

Leider war das Bett für zwei Personen bei einem Aufenthalt von einer Woche zu schmal!
Eine Möglichkeit im Zimmer einen Tee oder Kaffee zuzubereiten wäre super! Bei Wunsch der Zimmerreinigung und Wäschewechsel an der Rezeption Bescheid zu geben ist der Umwelt zu liebe prima jedoch müsste der Papierkorb aus hygienischen Gründen automatisch jeden Tag geleert werden!
Abendessen zu teuer!
Leider hat der Kurpass ( tägl. Gebühr pro Person)uns keine Vorteile gebracht!Schade!

Pros:

Wieder einmal war es ein rundum schöner Aufenthalt im Relaxa in Braunlage.
Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt zum Starten von Wanderungen. Auch ist das Zentrum von Braunlage sehr gut fußläufig erreichbar.
Das Einzelzimmer hatte ein sehr gute Größe mit großem Bett und Balkon.
Auch das Frühstück war gut. Es gibt auch einen guten Spa Bereich. Das Personal war super, ich habe mich wieder sehr Wohl gefühlt.

Wir haben das Beste aus unserem Aufenthalt gemacht aber vermutlich werden wir dieses Hotel nicht noch einmal buchen
Pros:

Das Schwimmbad und die Saunen waren super. Und die direkte Lage zum Wurmberg war auch wunderschön.
Das Hotelrestaurant und die Lobbybar waren modern eingerichtet und das Personal war super lieb und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war nicht wirklich groß, das Bett war nur 120x200 groß, was für 2 Personen doch ziemlich klein ist. Das Bad war nicht wirklich sauber und das kleine Körbchen mit Badehaube, Duschgel usw waren ein paar Beutelchen schon aufgerissen.
Das Abendessen im Hotel selbst lag bei 36€ pro Person ohne Getränke. Das fand ich für die Auswahl des Buffets nicht gerechtfertigt.

Das Personal war nett.

Cons:

Das Frühstück ist Sonntags nur bis 10.30 Uhr. Ab 9.30 Uhr wird beim Frühstück nicht mehr so schnell aufgefüllt. Der Saal saß voll.

Die Fugen in der Dusche müssten mal erneuert werden. ( Schimmel)

Mooi hotel in Braunlage.
Pros:

Sauna , ontbijt ,rustige ligging.

Cons:

Geen waterkoker en theefaciliteit op de kamer. Het moeten vragen om kamer schoonmaak en schone handdoeken.
