Cons:

The room wasn’t clean. There was a roach ok our bed. Sheets were stained. Luckily they gave us another room, however I DID NOT want to stay there.

Pros:

The pictures represented the hotel well. We were nervous from recent comments. The property is older and it does feel darker throughout due to lack of natural light. However, for price, it was fine. Clean sheets, clean bathroom, and small free breakfast had enough. We came in for a concert and prices for hotels in Louisville area for this date, were insane.

Cons:

Pool area was pretty dark and hallway was too, and just at times, maybe felt older and didn’t feel super comfortable but staff was pleasant and again, was clean.

Everything besides the bed!
Worst service I have ever had 2 stays in a row within a month. This property is worth no price to stay!!!
Several room issues. Ok fine, but when reported multiple times and given ample time they still went unresolved without even a follow up as to why.
I am not sure if it was incompetence or just not caring, but every thing was bad. From the room to breakfast to the people at the desk who seemed to be in charge.

Cons:

We had ants in the room VERY BAD. The front desk associate would not give my child an extra blanket after I paid for an extra child in the room. I had to come down for the story to change to " We are washing so it will be a min." They were rude and assumed too much!!!
