The place was filthy. The floors and bedding in my room were disgusting. After taking a shower I walked over to sit on the bed and put on my socks. I had to rewash my feet. My bed had dirt between the sheets and the bed next to mine had hair on the bedspread.

Pros:

I can’t really rate due to not being allowed to stay because I had 2 extra kids than originally planned and they couldn’t accommodate or give me a refund.

Cons:

When they couldn’t accommodate they also would not give me even a partial refund. I expected one night to be taken but both nights? Bad business in my opinion.

Was close to hospital where I worked

Cons:

Property was not winterized or scraped. Was u safe for walking I fell twice. I am a nurse and I couldn't get my car out had to Uber to and from work and it cost over 200.00 for 7 mile trip to and from. I wouldn't have complained so much but other motels across street and down the road was cleared and had ice melt out. This one did nothing for 2 days. I got no discount after complaining and staff was rude and barely could understand them. Will not stay here again and will not recommend as well

This stay exceeded my expectations after having a horrible experience at a previous La Quinta Inn.
Pros:

The staff was friendly and professional. The room was very clean, and all of the amenities were available and functioning perfectly.

Cons:

Nothing to complain about.

Quiet and comfortable, but could use some carpet cleaning or shampooing

Cons:

The 3rd floor hallway smelt damp and unpleasant. I didn’t notice the smell anywhere else, but the 3rd floor hallway especially towards the men’s of the hallway just had a mildew smell.

They wouldn't let me check in at the time I needed to, despite the website saying I could.
Cons:

The website said they could do a late check-in, I booked a room and almost immediately got notification that they would not do the check-in. It was last minute and they charged me for a room that I couldn't even use. Numerous calls to the facility by myself and booking.com did not result in a refund.
