We were disappointed by the staff being unapologetic of our concerns.
Pros:

I loved the location and the suites seem up to date.

Cons:

We’ve came across and had to kill 3 roaches/bugs while we were there. Which made it very uncomfortable to complete our stay.

The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Plenty of room to spread out. The hotel was quiet and well maintained and the breakfast was excellent. Overall, we were very pleased and pleasantly surprised with our stay

Good hotel
Pros:

Breakfast was good, location was prime, and transit time to downtown Louisville was good.

Cons:

Room service could have come earlier, we were sometimes in the room when they came to service it.

Happy traveler
Pros:

The couch in the room was nice, the bed was comfy, I loved that room service came and replenished our room while we were out exploring.

Cons:

Hallways and elevator was hot, our door card got deactivated between day 1 and day 2, the t.v. remote was difficult to work.

Cons:

The person in rm 303 told us he saw bed bugs in his rm. We were in a rm near him.
There was a light in the front that was blinking all night. It was annoying.

not that great.
Pros:

i liked the area and the outside of the hotel.

Cons:

well the rooms were not clean. in one of the rooms i reserved, there was a used diaper under the sink, a yellow stain on the sheet, cereal on the ground, and a used tissue beside the bed. absolutely disgusting.( pictures below) also the fact that housekeeping was literally unlocking and barging into the room at 8:30 this morning. not just my room but my other room as well.
