Generally Pleased
Pros:

Modern hotel. Almost Everything was well maintained. The beds were great. Everything in the room worked and appeared to be newer. Plenty of parking.

Cons:

I had two issues, The breakfast wasn't staffed so when something was finished it took a while for it to be restocked. Another issue was the filter on the ice machine was 2 years out of date. filters are supposed to be replaced every 6 months per manufacturer recommendation.

Clean all through bathroom beds. Nice location lots of shopping and food around even walking distance. We will stay again if we go that way

RUN!!!!!
Pros:

Our door didn’t lock, and we weren’t offered another room. We were forced to leave and the hotel staff would not refund us for only staying one night!!! We could’ve been hurt, property stolen, or worse! RUN.

Would have chosen any other hotel.
Pros:

To be honest, nothing at all. I can find good staff, free breakfast, and a gym and pool at any other hotel, although with a clean room that this hotel clearly didn’t have

Cons:

It was extremely dirty, there was a cockroach next to the AC, and the sheets were really dirty; from the last people that stayed in it I’m guessing, it was to the point that now my face is extremely red on my cheeks, and my whole family including me have spots on our skin because of the constant itching.

Very safe and secure until the last night when at 2am the couple in the room next to us were cursing and fighting until 4am when we left!

A disheartening stay.

Cons:

The clerk charged me an additional $120 because my son and his two 12 year old cousins swam in the pool. I was with them the whole time we felt discriminated against and profiled.The liquid soap in the shower would not dispense as well.I will never stay there again.
