Lovely place
Pros:

My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights in a fantastic spacious room with a spa bath, overlooking the River Arno with a private balcony. We were celebrating our 10th wedding anniversary which the hotel honoured with various special touches, thank you!
We loved using the spa and had it to ourselves on numerous occasions. The food is excellent and we enjoyed the breakfast as well as an evening meal (the Florentine Steak is incredible!)
The outdoor pool area is lovely to laze around in the sun. We used the free shuttle bus which drops you right into the centre of town and collects you also. The staff are all very attentive and helpful. We will definitely stay here again when in Florence!

Beautiful oasis
Pros:

Fantastic oasis with a beautiful pool both outside and indoor and saunas.

Cons:

It is a little far (25-30 min walk)and the shuttles can be full. It is however very easy to bike and you can rent a bike (15min)

Die Lage am Arno. Die Austattung des Zimmers war hervorragend. Der Service war hervorragend. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls hervorragend mit hochwertigen Lebensmitteln zubereitet

Cons:

Parkgebühr von 29,- Euro täglich und das automatische berechnen des Trinkgeldes sollte bei Buchung angegeben werden.

Super!
Pros:

Super fijn verblijf gehad met onze hond en baby. Het personeel was zo lief en vriendelijk voor onze hond en baby, dat vinden we altijd zo belangrijk! Verder een mooi schoon hotel, we maakte elke dag een wandeling naar het centrum van Florence, ongeveer 30 min lopen. Heel fijn hotel en het was ook prettig dat er room service was zodat we soms met ons zoontje op de kamer konden eten. Het ontbijt was ook heel goed en gevarieerd! Zou dit hotel zeker aanraden!

Une bulle de calme.

Le confort, la gentillesse du personnel, les petites attentions.

Cons:

L'emplacement un peu excentré mais nous le savions avant de réserver et l'hôtel met à disposition des vélos qui permettent de rejoindre le centre ville en 15mn via la piste cyclable.
