Great vibes and design
Nothing really
Very nice interiors, garden and pool were lovely, pool not open till 10am though.
No comfy seats in the bar/lounge area
Nos gustó la atención del personal, y la cama era cómoda. El servicio de traslado al centro de la ciudad incluido es de agradecer.
Calidad precio muy caro. El alojamiento está a 40 minutos andando del centro de la ciudad. No es cómodo. Ponen un servicios de traslado al centro pero es insuficiente, porque el último traslado es a las 6:20 desde el centro, por lo que quieres cenar en el centro, o coges un taxi por 40 euros o te pegas un buen paseo (tampoco es que sea super agradable el paseo, no hay nada de interés por el camino). Teníamos jacuzzi en la habitación, pero se vaciaba solo. No repetiría.

Lock broke and took a day to fix. But issue was resolved.

No es que no nos gustará, solo a considerar, el hotel se encuentra a las orillas de Florencia, por lo que hay que considerar los traslados. Lo bueno es que el hotel cuenta con un Shuttle que te traslada previa reservación.
Comfortable and friendly and informal atmosphere

I loved everything about our time here. We felt very taken care of and it is obvious they make customer service a priority. Our room was great, we loved having a private jacuzzi. The real magic is downstairs in the spa, it was quiet and luxurious such a perfect way to relax.

Wish they had an evening shuttle for going to dinner in historic area. Taxi is about $20.00 US. Gets expensive going to & from hotel. Not walking distance to anything & taxis in evening hard to come by. We tried for over 30 minutes to get one to go back to hotel.
