Extremely welcoming and enjoyable!
Pros:

Our room was very clean, spacious and had plenty of amenities (we were kindly upgraded to a junior suite). The only negative that we have, is that there was a strong smell of sewage when we opened the balcony doors and use the jacuzzi outside (we fully appreciate that can be out of the hotel's control) but that was the only matter that wasn't fantastic.

The smell of sewage coming from outside when we had the balcony doors open or used the jacuzzi on the balcony.

Pros:

Really beautiful space with a traditional boutique feel. Excellent service and breakfast. Location is perfect as allows for calm just 10 mins away from the main city. Free shuttle was really handy.

I recommend Ville Sull'Arno and location
Pros:

The hotel offers all essential amenities, such as an indoor and outdoor pool, a modest but sufficient gym and spa. Our room was small but comfortable. It's unfortunate that booking through Booking.com resulted in rooms I consider less desirable than those booked directly. We overlooked the busy road from above the reception, but this did not detract from our stay at Ville Sull Arno. Keep in mind that the roads are currently under construction for the new tram line.

Cons:

I think Booking.com might sometimes have rooms that aren't quite as nice as those from other providers. That's just my personal thought about Booking.com, and I’d be happy to be proven otherwise! I suggest considering Ville Sull'Arno as a good option, although it might be a bit too far for older family members to walk into the city.

Pros:

Comodo il parcheggio interno all'hotel. Funzionale il servizio di bus-navetta gratuito per il centro. Colazione ottima ed abbondante, dolce e salato presenti in varietà e di buona qualità (la sala colazione è stupenda). La spa non è molto grande ma ben curata, piacevole la piscina al coperto. Struttura molto ben tenuta, personale estremamente cordiale e disponibile.

Väldigt nöjd.
Pros:

Riktigt mysigt hotell perfekt för en vistelse i florens för ett par. Frukosten var bland de bästa hotellfrukostar jag ätit (inte största) men hög kvalitét på allt som serverades.

Cons:

Lite långt om man vill gå in till stadskärnan iaf om det är varmt eller lite sämre väder.
Dock hade hotellet taxitjänst som tog en fram och tillbaka vid vissa fasta tider kostnadsfritt.

Really pleasantly surprising!
Pros:

The fact that it is not in town was a plus, especially with the shuttle and parking available.

Cons:

A shame about all the roadworks, but that can’t be helped. It didn’t ruin our stay.

Kam anbefales, hvis man vil bo lidt væk fra centrum, men i stedet ha’ pool og “feriestemning”.
Pros:

Faciliteterne var fine - dejlig pool og fint spa-område. Godt med afslappet barmenu til frokost eller den lille sult.

Cons:

Man skal være klar over, at der er ca. 45 minutters gang til city. Dog er der en shuttle på faste tider. Maden i restauranten var god og rimelig i pris, men ikke gourmet.

It is a nice facilty with rude unclean staff that is not the premium location (everything is +30 minutes walk).
Pros:

The history and the facilities and the outside look.

Cons:

The cleaning and the service staff feels like they are forced to help around or clean the room. However, the waiters were nice and good in the restaurant.
Be ware of the charge on exit as they put a tip of more than 90 euros on the tap without telling you until you catch it and adjust/remove it yourself.
