Cons:

BOX DO BANHEIRO MUITÍSSIMO PEQUENO, ONDE UMA PESSOA UM POUCO OBESA ENCONTRARÁ DIFICULDADE PARA ENTRAR.
AR CONDICIONADO ESTAVA INSTALADO E NÃO FUNCIONANDO. RECLAMEI 7 VEZES E SÓ ENROLARAM, DIZENDO QUE IRIAM PROVIDENCIAR, O QUE JAMAIS ACONTECEU. PARA PIORAR, ESTAVA UM CALOR INFERNAL E FICAMOS AS DUAS FAMIGERADAS NOITES, SEM CONSEGUIR DORMIR.
A RECEPÇÃO FICA NO PRIMEIRO ANDAR E A PORTA DA FRENTE, NO TÉRREO, FICA ABERTA EM TEMPO INTEGRAL, O QUE NOS DEIXA COM RECEIO.
NO TÉRREO, 100% DO TEMPO, FICAM TOCANDO MÚSICAS EM VOLUME ALTÍSSIMO.

Pros:

Die Dame an der Rezeption war super nett und konnte sehr viele Sprachen u.a. auch deutsch.
Das Hotel lag mitten im wunderschönen Zentrum von Rom, wir konnten alles zu Fuß erreichen.

Cons:

Das Hotelzimmer lag in einem anderen Gebäude auf der anderen Straßenseite. Das Zimmer war sehr sehr spartanisch eingerichtet. Klimaanlage sehr laut. Irgendwie bisschen gruselig alles.
Sah auf den Bildern edler aus, als es ist.

Staff molto gentile in reception

Cons:

Stanza senza condizionatore la prima notte per un errore di assegnazione, cambiata la notte dopo.
Sono entrati in camera mentre eravamo dentro per pulire.
È una bella struttura ma le stanze potrebbero essere sistemate molto meglio, il soffitto del bagno era rotto, lo scarico lento e si bloccava

Pros:

La ubicación del hotel era muy buena, estaba cerca de muchos puntos de interés.
Una de las recepcionistas nos facilitó información comunicándose con nosotras en español y fué muy simpática y amable con nosotras.

Malgré quelques points négatifs, je recommande cet établissement dont dont l’emplacement est exceptionnel
Pros:

Hôtel très bien situé et relativement propre. Le personnel passé tous les jours dans la chambre et veiller à ce qu’il ne manque rien. Le seul bémol et la vétusté des équipements à rénover et la literie. Quelques moisissure dans le bac à douche qui n’était pas agréable à voir. Mais dans l’ensemble cet hôtel nous a très bien reçu. Emplacement exceptionnel, notamment pour le petit déjeuner le matin avec beaucoup de bars et de restaurants à proximité, ainsi qu’une station de taxi et des bus à quelques mètres de l’hôtel.

Cons:

La vétusté des équipements qui auraient mérité d’être rénové. Des moisissures dans la salle de bain, notamment au niveau du bac à douche.

The furniture is outdated and worn out. It is unacceptable that the rooms are cleaned as early as 8:00 a.m. while guests are still asleep. The housekeeping staff make an excessive amount of noise, making it impossible to rest peacefully.

Considerando la media altissima dei prezzi di Roma ultimamente e la posizione di questo hotel nel centro rende il rappor
Pros:

Palazzo inizi ‘900 a Prati - Claudia alla reception estremamente gentile, accogliente e professionale. Buffet con caffè e e biscotti a disposizione tutto il giorno nella reception.

Cons:

Aria condizionata in camera nuova ma ancora imballata e inutilizzabile. Faceva caldo. Porta scorrevole della doccia difettosa. La camera in genere richiederebbe un minimo di manutenzione in più. Reception chiusa tra le 21 e le 8.
