The Uzbek girl from staff was exceptional helpful👍
The photos don't match with real situation. The rooms are very old. The toilet room is very tight. It is really diffuclt to move in shower. The ceiling was awful.

No estábamos en el hotel si no en un edificio y en un piso con muchas habitaciones, en el ascensor no entraba el carrito del bebé, mobiliario antiguo y dejado, el lavabo sin gel de ducha y jabón de las manos ambos vacíos, las toallas pequeñas eran servilletas de restaurante.
La atención muy buena.

Friendly and hospitable staff, made me feel very welcome and helped me with all my needs for my stay. Took their time with me as it was my first time in Rome, checked in throughout to make sure I was settled and made my whole stay a lovely experience. Building is beautiful, rustic and charming, with fabulous art, furniture and details. Great location, very central!

The staff were incredibly nice and helpful. The location is topnotch it is in walking distance of the most of the tourist attractions. Very sage to walk around even at night.
