Underwhelmed - sorry!
Pros:

Property was in a good location for what we wanted (access to the ferry terminal). Room a reasonable size for 3 of us. Secure parking was a plus.

Cons:

Bit odd having the basin outside the bathroom from a hygiene point of view. No breakfast, nor even the remote offer of a to-go bag (which some earlier reviews had suggested might be the case), as we left for the ferry before the breakfast service began.

Friendly, comfortable and clean stay before our ferry to Vancouver Island.
Pros:

The staff was so friendly, the lobby and rooms were modern and clean. The breakfast was delicious with a lot of pastry options and hot oatmeal and breakfast burritos, as well as drip coffee or iced mocha.

Cons:

The suite has a door to close for the bedroom but no door between the living room and bathroom, so there is a bit of light/noise pollution for kiddos sleeping on the sofa bed when the adults are getting ready for bed.

Pros:

okay overall

Cons:

The shower rod was rusted and the soap, shampoo etc were in press-down bottles which others use. No wrapped fresh soap that no one else used. The unit was long and narrow, much like a trailer. The lights lit the entire room and not individual controls.

Disappointing! We stayed here before, not as nice this time
Pros:

Nice sized room/suite in convenient location

Cons:

Our room was noisy - a/c fan was noisy. We did not have hot water for shower

It's the place to stay in Tsawwassen
Pros:

We took the ferry from Nanaimo to Tsawwassen. The Coast Tsawwassen Inn was 6 or 7 minutes from the dock. The whole place from the lobby to the rooms has modern appointments. The rooms were spacious and the king beds were comfortable. The breakfast and dining area were very good. There were an assortment of choices for the complimentary breakfast. The front desk service was very friendly.

Cons:

We really had no complaints. We didn't expect it to be as nice as it turned out to be. We would go there again if we were planning to stay near there on another trip.

Good time in Sooke. Hotel was alright, staff friendly. No issues.
