The breakfast set up was pretty good. I don't understand why you're not allowed to bring breakfast to your room.
The room was extremely humid. It had a humidifier in the room that had not been thoroughly cleaned in some time. The room had an oder.
There were amenities not available for purchasing in the hotel. Security is scarce and people were running in the hallway.

Some cosmetic issues in the room, like around AC, the insulation and installation looks bad.
Some issues with walls in bathroom, paint bubbling, etc.

Only the man from the front desk was nice
Dirty sheets when we checked in we asked is they could be changed and owner didn’t want to change them. The man at the front was nice enough to switch us room. The tv would not turn on we had to watch tv on a tablet and there was black mold in the bathroom. Could have done way better cleaning. Will not be staying here again.
I liked that it was around good restaurants.
The sheets were wet upon arrival. The floors were slippery like they were never mopped. The AC barely worked so it seems moist in the room itself not well ventilated at all.
From the moment I entered the clerk was waiting on a customer and immediately said, "welcome, I'll be right with you" My transaction was quick as she only asked for my ID and it was completed within 5 minutes. She gave me instructions on how to access my room through the side doors - great communication

Beds very uncomfortable, bedding old and not soft. It smelled ugly and like weed. They had a leak, we had issues with the air unit and the tv

Beds were comfortable and clean.
The fridge had mold and was beat up. The AC was very outdated and making noise thru the night while trying to sleep.
It was very clean and the staff were excellent, especially Seven. He gets 11/10 from me!
Only issue was pool was closed but I was not there to swim so it really didn’t affect my stay
