The hotel is very convenient and good for one night, an extended stay might be uncomfortable.
Pros:

The location of the hotel is excellent. It was within walking distance of everything we wanted to see. The hotel staff were also lovely, and we greatly appreciated being able to store our luggage with them securely both before and after check-in!

Cons:

The room was much smaller than anticipated, and extremely hot as there is no air conditioning. The fan provided by the hotel could only do so much. We opened the windows to help with airflow, but because of the central location, it was extremely loud late at night and early in the morning, so sleeping was a little tough. Though, I knew there was no A/C and about the location when booking!

Butik bir otel olarak düşünürsek, yerel hayatı deneyimlediğiniz bir odada kaldık. Temizdi, fiyat performans olarak iyiydi.

Cons:

Fotoğraflardaki manzaralı odada kalmadık, otelin kullanımında olan başka bir apartmandaki odada kaldık. Air condition olarak aspiratör vardı.

Acogedor ,bien situado pero caluroso y difícil descansar en verano

Localización excelente y sitio acogedor.
Y las vistas excelentes dl Duomo y el Campanille.

Cons:

No tiene aire acondicionado , solo ventilador. Y en verano hay que dormir con las ventanas abiertas , y es imposible dormir , ya que cuando no hay el ruido de la música o la gente que es lo normal por estar en la zona más turística, empiezas a escuchar el ruido de los carros que parece se llevan la ropa sucia de los hoteles.
Cosa fácil de solucionar cerrando las ventanas si hubiera aire acondicionado en la habitación

Great value, if it's not hot outside.

Cons:

No air conditioning. Open windows, means buggy, stagnant nights. We stayed when high temperatures were in the 80s. I would not recommend this place in the heat. Probably amazing in the spring/fall.

Super Lage, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichbar; Parkservice vorhanden, allerdings schlechte Bewertungen

Cons:

Wollten erst die Parkmöglichkeit in Anspruch nehmen, haben uns aber nach den schlechten Bewertungen dagegen entschieden.
Zimmer sind etwas heruntergekommen: dreckige Wände, Putz blättert vereinzelt ab, Klimaanlage funktioniert nicht, der vorhandene Ventilator ist nicht ausreichend.

Awful. Falsely Advertised.
Cons:

FALSELY ADVERTISED. The room I booked was described as a 17m^2 double room, the photos made the rooms look relatively nice, with natural lighting and fairly spacious. When I arrived I was given a tiny box room with a bed that you couldn’t even walk around.

I complained to reception who gave me another room which wasn’t overly better so I refused to stay there and booked another hotel.

The hotel said they couldn’t issue any kind of refund, and were quite rude saying that I had ‘seen the photos and descriptions online’, which were wholly inconsistent with the actual experience. Booking.com have also been incredibly unhelpful in pursuing a refund offering €16 credit which I won’t be using as I won’t be using Booking.com again!

I highly recommend not staying here, although it is a good location there are hundreds of other hotels with accurate photos, descriptions and polite and friendly staff for a lower or similar rate. I would also recommend booking directly with hotels.
