It was fine but I would not stay there again or with a family.
Pros:

I liked that it closed its doors after midnight

Cons:

I booked a room that was advertised to have a queen bed but the actual bed I had to sleep on was just 2 twin beds pushed together. There was also no AC and the room was extremely small.

Posizione eccellente, ci ha permesso di essere un perfetto punto di partenza e di arrivo per ogni nostra gita. Dal quinto piano, la vista sul campanile di Giotto, ci ha tolto il fiato

Excelente localização, com vista para o Duomo e fácil acesso.

Cons:

O Rooftop, embora muito bonito, é de acesso público e não há qualquer benefício para as pessoas hospedadas no hotel. Além disso, gera um enorme fluxo de pessoas no hotel e muito barulho durante a noite até a hora do fechamento do mesmo. O elevador constantemente não parava no andar do quarto e ia diretamente para o último.

Todo correcto y muy bien ubicado.
Pros:

La habitación estaba bien y limpia, y el baño también. Tuvimos un retraso por el avión y no hubo ningún problema para hacer el check-in, y el día de la salida nos guardaron las maletas hasta que nos marchamos al aeropuerto. La situación es magnífica, muy cerca del centro.

Cons:

La insonorización es deficiente y se oían mucho los ruidos de la calle. Además, nos tocó una pandilla de adolescentes de juerga que no nos dejaban dormir, y se habría agradecido una llamada de atención por parte de los responsables del hotel.

Excellent location. The staff was nice.

Cons:

No air conditioning at all which I wasn't expecting. The building is somewhat noisy with other guests coming in and out. The noise from the street outside goes until late, and the balcony doors did not shut all the way.
