Good for value.
Pros:

For value it was perfect for what I was looking for. Was quiet, parking good. Pool not working and it is old but fine for me.

You can do better than this. Look elsewhere.
Pros:

The pool figures prominently in all of their pictures and ads. Unfortunately, it is closed indefinitely. The check-in was smooth but be aware there is no elevator. The room was relatively clean but the bed was quite hard and none of the furniture was actually comfortable. The breakfast was pitiful. They did have Pop-Tarts and one type of heated sandwich with a microwave to heat it. Other than that, there was nothing, the juice juice machine was broken and the only thing to drink was coffee. I think that they are just riding this hotel into the ground knowing that when there are events in the area they are going to sell rooms.

A Good Value While Visiting Watertown
Pros:

Front desk staff welcomed me warmly and made me feel like a valued customer. Because I am a Wyndham Rewards member, I received a room upgrade. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Morning coffee was hot and plentiful, and the shower had great water pressure. The property is undergoing a number of room renovations, but I was undisturbed by the work that was taking place. The property is located just off a major highway and is near many dining and shopping options. Check out was easy and seamless. I will be a return guest.

Easy stay
Pros:

It was okay but without a TV in the bedroom had to sit in the other room
Pros:

It was a little cheap and the juice machine wasn't working

Cons:

I expected 2 tvs with one in the bedroom but it was taken out and there was only one in the sitting room of the room river suite I was very dissatisfied with that

Pros:

I contacted booking about the wrong style room being assigned and needed a full refund and you have yet to follow up.
The bed had mold and rust on the mattress. Changed rooms and the room did not have a smoke detector in it. All of these are health and fire code violations.

I booked a jacuzzi room and was unable to use the jacuzzi because it leaked to the floor below. They offered a refund but said that I needed to go through booking.com to receive my money back. I dont see an option for that on the app.

Cons:

Staff was accommodating moving us to 3 rooms that were dirty, the 3 rd room they moved us to was supposed to be an upgrade had a hot tub, n we had to pay 15 dollars more to keep that room,which it was 85 dollars anyway so we never got any compensation for the rooms being dirty, n this was the 2 nd time this has happened,😑the morning gentleman,was the same man from our last visit w a dirty room, so this time he gave us r 15 dollars back, Hot Tub never works eather, very Sad !!!!!
