Die Ausstattung und das Konzept des Hotels alte Dinge mit moderner Einrichtung zu kombinieren.

Pros:

Schönes ruhiges Zimmer mit Tageslichtbad. Lage absolut Top. Mitten in der Stadt, nur ein paar Meter von der U-Bahn-Station entfernt. Waldbühne und auch die Innenstadt von dort aus super zu erreichen. Fußläufig kann man Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bäcker und auch Gaststätten innerhalb kürzester Zeit erreichen. Unser Zimmer war schön eingerichtet, trotz der Lage sehr ruhig. Wenn es sich ergibt, würden wir auf jeden Fall wieder dort buchen.

Cons:

Es war etwas schwierig mit dem Gepäck die Zimmertür zu passieren, da sie sich automatisch schließt und man sie deshalb immer noch extra aufhalten muss.

Ich kann das Hotel empfehlen.
Pros:

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, obwohl das Zimmer recht klein war. Hervorzuheben ist die Sauberkeit. Es gab hier nichts zu beanstanden. Wir hatten ein Zimmer zum Hof, so dass es für Berliner Verhältnisse recht ruhig war.
Weiterhin ist es klasse, dass man die UBahn (U7) direkt vor der Tür hat.
Da ich im November nochmal ein Wochenende in Berlin sein werde, habe ich wieder dieses Hotel gewählt.

Cons:

Das Doppelbett hatte nur eine Matratze, so dass man, wenn die zweite Person sich bewegt/gedreht hat, davon aufgewacht ist. Weiterhin hat das Bett ein bisschen geknarzt.

Excellent location at easy metro ride to Berlin
Pros:

We stayed at this hotel and were thoroughly impressed. The rooms have been tastefully furnished, offering a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere throughout the property. The room we were given was spacious and bright, with an extremely comfortable bed that made for perfect nights of rest. The bathroom was clean and modern, with a comfortable shower, ideal for a refreshing start or end to the day. Breakfast was excellent and generous, with a wide variety of choices to start the day right. The staff were extremely kind and professional, always ready to help.
The location is fantastic for exploring Berlin: the hotel is right across from the Spandau Altmarkt U-Bahn station, giving easy access to connections all over the city. This makes it a very convenient base whether you're visiting Spandau's charming old town or heading into central Berlin for sightseeing.Overall, a great hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable stay with excellent transport links to the rest of Berlin. Highly recommended!

Cons:

Although breakfast was varied and generous, unfortunately we weren't able to enjoy it every day, as the weekend hours didn't work for our schedule (breakfast started at 6:30 on weekdays, but only from 8:00 on weekends — and since we were working at a trade fair in Berlin, we had to leave the hotel much before 8:00). A pity indeed.
