Una estancia de pésima calidad
Pros:

Del alojamiento solo me gustó la ubicación

Cons:

No me gustó que nos pusieron en una habitación que no había aire acondicionado y nos querían dar un ventilador.
Después no pasaron a una habitación mucho más pequeña que estaba las paredes muy sucias y el suelo levantado.
El desayuno con poca variedad
No volvería nunca nunca nunca a ese establecimiento l

Great hotel that will serve as a great base for your stay in Monaco
Pros:

The hotel was in a great location for the train station, the palace, the old town and even, to be able to get down to the harbour. The casino area is more of a walk, but easy enough. Everything is within walking distance

Tutto piacevole e accogliente ma... Il bidet?
Pros:

Colazione abbondante. Posizione al centro di Montecarlo. Personale piacevole.

Cons:

Il water in una stanza separata lontano dal bidet. Capisco che siamo in Francia e non si sa come usare il bidet e quindi spiego: il bidet serve dopo essere andati in bagno per pulirsi senza doversi per forza fare la doccia. Se lo metti addirittura in una stanza diversa dal water non serve a nulla.

Somewhere to stay
Pros:

I liked my morning welcome from the young lady working behind the desk and the breakfast lady too.

Cons:

The evening porter who needed to be a little more welcoming, same reason given to me by friends of mine staying the same night. No evening bar service.

Pros:

Séjour mitigé à l’Hôtel Ambassador Monaco. La situation géographique est plutôt bonne et permet de se déplacer facilement dans la ville. Compte tenu des tarifs pratiqués à Monaco, le rapport qualité-prix reste correct.

Cons:

En revanche, j’ai été déçue par la chambre, qui paraît plus attrayante en photo qu’en réalité. J’ai également trouvé le personnel du matin peu accueillant et parfois désagréable. Côté propreté, j’ai eu la mauvaise surprise de retrouver des résidus de barbe sur le lavabo à mon arrivée, ce qui laisse une mauvaise impression.

Very nice stay and good memories about city and hotel!
Pros:

The person who meet us ( Dulce Dias) was very friendly and welcome! We felt ourself as wished guests! Thank you!

Everything was ok! After check-out we left our luggage and spend extra time in the city.

Pros:

Hotel central, globalement la chambre est propre et l'hotel l'est également.
Bon accueil

Cons:

Rapport qualité prix défavorable
L'hotel a besoin d'une vrai modernisation et rénovation (inspirez vous des hôtels type ibis style si besoin)
Forte odeur de moisissures dans la salle de bain (qu'ils ont vaguement masqué par un diffuseur d'huile essentielle), meme si la salle de bain est propre.
Literie de très mauvaise qualité matelas et oreillers très inconfortables
Petit déjeuner passable. Très bon café. Pas d'œufs brouillés.

Our air con wasn’t working properly - the house keeping staff were trying their best- someone in concierge came to check and told me it wa working. ( it wasn’t ) and to close the curtains! Was not helpful
