I ragazzi alla reception bravissimi ,
La direttrice troppo fiscale
Fina och fräscha rum.
Arrogant personal. Både på frukosten och receptionen.
L'emplacement c'est prêt de tout
Good location but unbelievable low standards And low quality for an upmarket place like Monaco.
Small rooms with terrible soundproofing.
Bad customer services: smiling reception staff which is good but they do not understand english and surprisingly do not know Monaco nor France. They travel from The border of Italy to work in Monaco .Strange night receptionists ,a heiry one and an older one who locks the réception entrance door and Goes to sleep.
A Young reception manager who does not make eye contact with guests with a cold attitude hiding under the réception desk.Sweet smiling housekeeping ladies but not english speaking.
Restaurant with poor quality breakfast and dinner.Once again ,smiling waitresses but again not english speaking.
We understood after that all the smilings were there to hide the poor quality of the service offered by the property and not genuine.
The parking garage they have an arrangement with (once you exit from the elvators) is so close you can see the hotel after you exit. Staff throughout the stay were great, the room was fairly modest but classy, the bathroom was nice enough (shower could probably use an update) but everything was clean and the room had a minibar for drinks and kettle for boiling water. Bed was soft (I prefer firmer) but its ok, AC system I never managed to get to work properly for me, I "could" have probablt gotten someome up to show me but I had a giant window and I came in "winter" so the cool sea air was plenty and easier. I had an inside window so I didnt have much of a view at all but it also means nobody can be looking at me so it worked out. For an F1 fan, the location, a short 5-7 minute walk to Rascasse was really good for the price considering what other hotels wanted per night elsewhere. I would stay there again if I made my way back through Monaco.
