JFK Inn

I parked my car there for a week between Sep 15 to Sep 21 and it was a terrible experience. they claim to have a free shuttle to the airport but they dont. You have to park at a random place and hope nothing happens to your car. And pay to go the airport and back which cost me another $40. Their phone number does not work and they will not refund you the cost of the uber even though they clearly mislead you about the free shuttle. Terrible terrible place, never again!!

the worst place ever i used this place as a resource for parking they provide shuttle and i was left stranded at the airport made more than 57 calls and no one ever showed up and wanted to over charge me for parking because prices were different from online

Quite literally the worst place ive ever stayed - and thst includes hostels when i was a 17 year old backpacker.
We arrived late at night,
waited an hour for the shuttle. Grubby,run down unsafe hotel. Smelt terrible Fighting in the doorway, fighting in the stairwell ( 2 sep incidents). Police there on 3 sep occasions, and we were only there 1 night. We left very early the next morning, as we felt safer sleeping in the airport. I think this is def a hotel where the rooms are rented by the hour.

My flight with American Airlines was overbooked resulting in 10 of us not getting onto a flight. Quick search for a close to airport decent priced hotel brought up this one. I was exhausted so booked it at 200 dollars for the night.
The price I paid I expected more. Positive the place was clean. But like something in American horror story. I was a woman traveling alone. I literally went to room passing couples fighting, smells of stuff being smoked (not grass this was a new smell to me). I got some water from vending machine and went to bed.
The hotel does have shuttle bus to and from airport as i said it’s clean and I slept like a baby. The beds were comfy. Will I stay again no but it sorted my needs for last min stay overnight.

I booked a parking for my car as I was flying out through JFK. The employee lied and said that he doesn't drive to airport anymore. I explained to him that was not stated on Way app at time of booking. He claimed it was (2nd lie). Luckily, I drove to hotel very early so I had time to book parking somewhere else and went to Prime park. I am still waiting to get refund from Way app. Don't park your car there. Place is very fishy and service is despicable. Shame on you for taking advantage of travelers.

Do not stay at this hotel. I was supposed to stay here for Memorial Day weekend. This hotel never bothered to contact Booking or Hotels to make them aware that they decided to become a refugee center. I spent four hours on the booking with the booking agency to only end up having to fly home and get refunded for a day wasted with six hours at JFK's check in area for American Airlines and another twelve hours in the departure lounge to fly back home. This hotel shouldn't be allowed to rent out rooms at all. This was a completely bad experience and I was not at all happy or satisfied.

Friendly staff and clean room.

You cancel my booking out of the blue. I never make a reservation by your Hotels.com. I also want to tell all of my friends about your rude and non reasonable way to your customers.

Jfk inn cancelled our room hours before our arrival and said they would book us at another hotel but never did. We contacted them and they told us the government shut them down. Tried to post this review on Expedia but they refused to post it. All very strange.

The place is outdated. Needs to be renovated

The staff was friendly and helpful but this property is located in a neighborhood with few amenities. It provided an inexpensive place that was close to JFK Airport and included free shuttle to meet an early morning flight.

Rundown facility. Needs a major overhaul.
No elevator?

A rundown facility is a sketchy part of town. Old furnishings and dirty carpet. Made it through the night in one piece. Next room a woman was crying help and banging on the door. Took the first shuttle out the next morning.

This place is dirty. People making noise all throughout the night. Felt unsafe. Door didn’t lock. Basically a place for drug users, homeless and prostitutes.

Fine for one night stay with free shuttle to airport with free parking for the week. Good value for the service.

This is by far the worst hotel i have ever stayed in. Its stink, old, unfriendly staff. Run from this place. This shouldnt even be allowed to operate. Expedia you should remove this from your listing

No breakfast included as per advertised, the Hotel shuttle van seats were torn, hot water was on and off so it’d get SUPER hot for 2 minutes then it would be FREEZING water. The hotel was is worst shape than a Super Motel 6 but it was walking distance to a Burger King and 7/11 for food or drinks. Worst Hotel I have ever stayed at. I would never recommend or book again.

Sketchy looking motel. However, shuttle service from the airport and the driver was really kind. Hotel is really run down but the rooms are fairly clean and comfortable. TV works. Wifi sucked from our room, barely got signal. No elevators - thankfully we travelled with carry-ons. Anyway it is what it is for a few hours of rest before our next flight.

Staff was helpful. Noisy guests, but what you get when a place is inexpensive.
