Frequent guest!
Pros:

Great staff! I left my ID there and they called me and made sure to get it back to me by sending it in the air. Thank you so much for doing that. I didn’t have to deal with the DMV!

Hotel was fine. I don't trust the staff.
Pros:

Everything was as expected and fine and worth the money we paid. Breakfast was good. Room was clean. We were able to bring our dog.

Cons:

The day after we left, we got a charge for $120 from the hotel. I contacted the property to find out why and they informed me that it was because of the damage we had done to the room. I knew there was a mistake and they had the wrong room. A few hours later I was able to talk to the manager who insisted we had caused the damage and sent us some pictures to "jog our memory." Because apparently bleeding on a comforter and staining towels is something we had completely blocked out of our minds. Upon receipt of the pics, I immediately could prove it wasn't our room. We did get our money back, but I was really bugged that they can just charge anyone that large amount of money based on the room number that housekeeping gave them. We didn't get an apology, but a "Thank you for being an advocate for yourself." Not sure if this was an honest mistake, or a scam. Wasn't a fan though.
