Rigtig godt hotel med god service, god morgenmad og god parkeringsmulighed, men hvis du ikke er så glad for en hård madr

Tolles Frühstück und nette Mitarbeiter
Pros:

Hervorragenges Frühstück zu einem sehr fairen Preis, sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, gut funktionierende Klimaanlage (individuell einstellbar), bequemes Bett, Minibar und Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer, gute zentrale Lage nah am Rhein sowie am Eigelstein. Ich habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt und würde wieder hier übernachten!

Cons:

Die Bettdecke ist sehr dick und warm, für den Sommer nicht geeignet. Die Zimmer die zur Straße rausgehen sind etwas laut, aber mit Oropax war das kein Problem.

A could be good hotel
Pros:

The bedding was comfortable, the staff at the reception and the restaurant friendly. The breakfast offers great value for money and offers a great choice of cold, warm, savoury or sweet meals. Don't miss out on the breakfast!

Cons:

This is an expensive hotel, yet they decided, for "environmental reasons," not to clean the room during your stay unless you explicitly request it. I also found the paid bottle of water displayed on the nightstand really out of place. If we had been staying in a €50 two-star hotel, maybe that would have been acceptable, but come on!
The cleaner opened the door to our room at 9:00, waking us up. When we left for breakfast at around 10:00, the same cleaner asked us, "Time?", while pointing to her wrist. I understand that she only spoke German, so I won't judge the abruptness of her wording, but even in German I find it quite rude to ask guests what time they are checking out. That's quite unprofessional.
Overall, those things were rather off-putting. I found the hotel's overall approach unnecessarily cheap and unpleasant. It wouldn't take much for this hotel to turn my 6 into a 9, but they need to address those points.

Personel çok ilgili ve yardımsever. Malenie, Philippe ve kahvaltıdaki hanımefendi ile resepsiyondaki Türk beyefendi hepsi çok yardımcı oldular.

Cons:

Temizlik her ne kadar iyi yapılmış olsa da o banyodaki klozetleri değiştirmediğiniz sürece temiz hissetttirmiyor. Kendimi konforsuz hissetmeme sebep oldu. Ayrıca çift kişilik yatak yerine 2 adet tek kişilik yatağın birleştirilmesi konforsuz hissettirdi çünkü 5.5 yaşındaki oğlumuz park yatakta yatamayacağı için ortamızda yattı.
