Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Hotel ist auf jeden Fall empfehlenwert.
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist für Kurzreisende und Städteurlauber gut geeignet. Vor allem, weil in relativ kurzer Zeit zu Fuß die nächste U-Bahn Station gut erreichbar ist, von wo aus Mann/Frau gut zu den Orten kommen kann, die man sehen will.
Das Zimmer - in diesem Fall ein Einzelzimmer - entsprach voll den Erwartungen. Es war ruhig, Aussengeräusche waren nicht zu vernehmen. Das Bad mit Dusche bot ausreichend Platz. Vor allem hervorzuheben ist das außerordentlich freundliche Personal an der Rezeption. Hier möchte ich insbesondere die Mitarbeiterin hervorheben, die uns am Freitag, 29.05.2026 gegen 13.30 Uhr empfangen hat. Aber auch die anderen Mitarbeiter konnten wir jederzeit ansprechen, falls wir eine Frage hatte, die uns dann freundlich beantwortet wurde.

Cons:

Der Frühstücksraum war - insbesondere zu dem Zeitraum, wo er voll besetzt war - sehr hellhörig. Desweiteren hatten wir - 3 Personen - das Pech, dass wir am 2.Tag - gleichzeitig der 1.Tag, wo wir das Frühstück eingenommen haben - an einem Tisch saßen, der direkt an die Tischreihe angrenzte, wo das Frühstücksbuffet aufgebaut war. Somit war es dort sehr hektisch zugegangen. Weiterhin empfanden wir die Parkplatzgebühr für die Tiefgarage in Höhe von Euro 28,00 pro Tag zu hoch.

Cons:

Leider haben mittlerweile alle Hotelbetten Matratzenschoner aus Plastik. Sehr unkomfortabel und in einer warmen Sommernacht nichts, worauf man angenehm schlafen könnte.

Pros:

Het personeel was ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam; alleen daarvoor verdienen ze al een ster.
Het ontbijtbuffet was voldoende uitgebreid, maar de gewone filterkoffie was van slechte kwaliteit.
De airconditioning op de kamer werkte uitstekend, zelfs met 33°C buiten! Ook de loopafstand naar de Dom en daarmee het stadscentrum is een pluspunt: ongeveer 10 minuten lopen, ideaal als je zonder auto reist.

Cons:

De schoonmaak laat veel te wensen over, vooral onder de bedden.
De matrassen zijn erg hard. Je kunt wel zelf een topper op het matras leggen, mits je weet dat die mogelijkheid bestaat.
Voor koffie (behalve de filterkoffie) moet extra worden betaald; de prijzen liggen tussen € 3,50 en € 4,80.
Voor een parkeerplaats in de kleine parkeergarage betaal je € 28 per dag. Persoonlijk vind ik dat veel te duur.
