Hervorragendes Hotel - Perfekter Aufenthalt in Köln
Pros:

Perfektes Hotel in guter, ruhiger Lage. Der Bahnhof, das Stadtzentrum und der Musical Dome sind auch fußläufig gut erreichbar. Moderne, sehr saubere und großzügig eingerichtete Zimmer, ebenso Lobby und Frühstücksraum, mit ausreichend viel Platz, einem sehr guten und breit gefächerten Angebot sowie Zeit zum Frühstücken bis 12:00 Uhr. Wo gibt es das schon?!
Das Personal war freundlich, zuvorkommend und kompetet.
Das Hotel hat ein überdurchschnittlich gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.
Wenn uns unser Weg wieder nach Köln führt, kommen wir gern wieder.

Mijn man was ziek er was gelijk een kamer vrij. Werd ook thee etc meegegeven. Zeer lief en begaan personeel.

Sehr hilfsbereites Personal, sehr sauber, gutes Frühstück und sehr zum empfehlen.
Pros:

Die Ausstattung.. einfach alles. Meiner Meinung nach finde ich, dass es in echt deutlich besser aussieht als auf den Bildern.
Das Personal war sehr respektvoll und fragten als' ob man etwas bestimmtes braucht und waren sehr zuvorkommend. Ich war mehr als zufrieden.

Das Frühstück war ebenfalls sehr lecker und die Mitarbeiter/in war ebenso sehr respektvoll, nahm direkt alles vom Tisch weg was man nicht mehr benutzt hat.

Ich kann mich in keiner Hinsicht über irgendwas beschweren und empfehle dieses Hotel sehr.

Absolut nichts.
