Very nice to have a perfect stay!
Pros:

Everything was perfectly! And the location near to the railway station was 10/10

Cons:

Maybe one electric kettle in the room could be a plus. But the staff were very kindly and give boiled water for our “mates”

Tolles Frühstück, mit Lachs, Forelle und vielen anderen guten Sachen. Zimmer zum Innenhof, sehr ruhig geschlafen bei offenem Fenster. Nähe zur Stadt und zum Rhein optimal. Das Zimmer war sogar 2 Stunden vor check in fertig. Ein absoluter Pluspunkt

Wir kommen wieder!!!
Pros:

Das Frühstück war wirklich hervorragend, die Auswahl war sehr gross und uns hat es sehr gut geschmeckt. Das Zimmer war super, sauber und bei meiner Bitte um einen Topper für die Matratze war dieser sofort aufs Zimmer gebracht worden, sehr freundlicher Service. Der Empfang war herzlich, das Servicepersonal im Frühstücksraum sehr aufmerksam, die Rezeption war stets mit sehr freundlichem Personal besetzt und die Housekeeping-Mitarbeiterin war ebenfalls sehr freundlich. Die Lage ist auch super, kurze Gehwege zum HB und an den Rhein. Wir werden sicher beim nächsten Besuch in Köln wieder das Hotel Santo buchen.

Wir wüssten Nichts, was zu verbessern wäre.
