Great bed, enjoyed having loveseat. Helpful & friendly staff. Loved the coffee machine. Breakfast had protein & variety of carbs. Yogurt machine was neat too.

Breakfast was tasty, selections better than most
The front desk staff was not friendly or accommodating. The room smelled of dog pee and had fur on the floors and in the bathroom. When I asked to see if I could change room they told me because I booked through booking.com they couldn't do anything and that they put us on the dog floor which is why is smelled.
Very nice hotel. Best Western is becoming one of my go-to places. My only complaint? The toilet is too low. Maybe I should book an ADA room?

Great Best Western location has a hot tub, pool, warm breakfast and clean rooms. They do a great job!
Adequate but severely outdated. Bath towels were like sandpaper. Sheets were thin and worn. No caffeinated coffee in room at all. Staff was very nice and welcoming. Breakfast was good and the attendant was super helpful and friendly.
The staff was very friendly and it was in a great location.
It was DIRTY, and had so much stagnant air. Our room was filthy and covered in dirt/dust. Our towels smelled horribly, and our door didn’t latch or shut properly. It was not worth the money.
Modernised hotel with good service, improvement on pillow would be a plus

Comfy stay! Great breakfast. Pool was down which was a bummer after a long day driving.

Room smelled really bad. Sink was clogged up. We could here people yelling and screaming all night. Kids were pretty scared!
