Kurztrip zum Konzertbesuch
Pros:

Zentrale und trotzdem sehr ruhige Lage, fussläufig zum Bahnhof. Schönes, originell eingerichtetes Zimmer. Hervorragendes Frühstück mit frisch zubereiteten Rühr - oder Spiegeleiern. Sehr freundliches Personal.

Improve your customer service
Pros:

Nicely located small hotel with easy access to city center and central train station.
I stayed in one of their apartments, which is very spacious, modernly renovated with a very modern kitchen. Large comfortable beds.
Both a tub and a shower.
Great breakfast options.

Cons:

The main complaint point is the staff. I was a witness of many internal disagreements whether amongst themselves or towards external employees.
When i faced an issue with the internet, i was constantly told that there is nothing they can do, as it is a Sunday, no one is around and they can not help me. I was treated rudely and with slight agression. It's not a guest's problem of whether or not it is a Sunday. In the end, a lady came to assist with the internet and it was fixes. She apologized for the stressful situation at least.

Any issue can be handled with friendliness and professionalism, but this is not the way.

Pros:

Camera grande e pulita. Parcheggio adiacente

Cons:

Si tratta di due alberghi uno di fronte all'altro ma entrambi carini. La colazione era nell'altro, per cui ci siamo dovuti vestire per uscire a fare colazione

Я була під час концерту BSB, на цей період ціна була космічна, цей готель не вартує таких грошей
Pros:

Дуже привітний персонал, гарне розташування, тихий район, чисто. До центру дуже близько, транспорт поряд.

Cons:

Готель ну прям дуже старий. Ціна - якість не співпадає абсолютно. Було б добре поставити хочаб маленьку пляшку води.

Nicht zu empfehlen...
Pros:

Gefallen hat uns nichts.

Cons:

Wir bekamen nicht das eigentlich gebuchte Zimmer und hatten somit ein kleines Bett was dann auch noch mit der einen Seite an der Wand stand. Das war viel zu eng für 2 Erwachsene. Zu dem gab es zu wenig Handtücher die wir uns dann selbst holen durften von der anderen Straßenseite.
