Ein großzügiges sehr gut ausgestattetes Doppelzimmer. Große Betten mit guten Matratzen. Und ein köstliches reichhaltiges Frühstücks Buffet hat unseren Aufenthalt zum glücklich Sein gestaltet.

Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption. Sauberkeit des Schlafzimmers.

Cons:

Die Zimmer waren alt und renovierungsbedürftig. Die Fugen in der Dusche bzw. an den Türen der Dusche waren dunkelbraun bis schwarz. So etwas kann unproblematisch erneuert werden.
Ich hatte in meiner Anfrage um ein ruhiges Zimmer gebeten. Erhalten habe ich ein Zimmer zur Straße, es war tagsüber und vor allem nachts sehr laut, da sich in unmittelbarer Nähe der Eingang zur U-Bahn befindet.
Ich wurde erst beim Online-Check -im darauf hingewiesen, dass es nur begrenzte Parkplätze hat, woraufhin ich um einen Parkplatz gebeten, aber keine Antwort erhalten habe. Eine telefonische Nachfrage ergab dann, dass keine mehr frei waren.
Beim Einchecken wurde dann mitgeteilt, dass es Frühstückszeiten gäbe, da das Hotel voll sei. Da wir erst am frühen Abend ankamen, waren die meisten Zeiten schon belegt, so dass nur ganz früh oder spät übrige blieb.
An der Kommunikation im Vorfeld besteht erheblicher Verbesserungsbedarf.
