For the price and the nice staff, this place would be somewhere I would stay when I have long layovers.
Pros:

The actual property was pretty good. Utuy (I am sorry if I spelled her name wrong) was amazing. Very sweet. The gentleman in the morning was sweet as well. They had breakfast out already for a quick grab. I would definitely stay again can’t beat the price and the sweet staff. The room was good. Clean linen and comfy bed. Note if you are not a fan of soft mattress, then it might not be for you. Then have a good selection of snacks and cheap eats. Mr. Terrance, the driver was very helpful picking me up from the airport.

Cons:

I think the only thing was the location. While near the airport it is not a prime location.

Comfortable beds, small but filling breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Cons:

The window of the room could not be opened. Fresh air came in by a very noisy AC.

Fit the bill.
Pros:

Close to airport. Had rooms available when flights were cancelled. We were able to check in early.

Cons:

Breakfast could have been open until 10am during the week. Bed was not made daily.

Hotel is very clean and the staff is awesome 👏 Exceptional in Every Way!
Pros:

After an unexpected flight cancellation, I booked in this nice hotel, which is very close to the Houston airport, and the experience was amazing. I was struck by the impeccable condition and cleanliness of the entire property. The staff is great: the shuttle driver, the front desk ladies and the kitchen lady, all were very welcoming, warm, helpful, and friendly. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the sheets were fresh and crisp, and the bathroom and shower were sparkling clean. It’s clear this hotel maintains a rigorous standard. The fact that the entire hotel is strictly non-smoking was a huge plus! The breakfast is very good and everything is clean and tasty. Highly recommended for Travelers with early/late flights, business professionals, families, and anyone who appreciates exceptional cleanliness, friendly service, and thoughtful amenities.

Las instalaciones y limpieza

Cons:

El hotel se quedo sin luz y avisar a nadie lo cerraron con nuestras maletas adentro, pudimos establecer comunicación con la Gerente y una persona con cero actitud de servicio y nada empatica con la situación, nos dejó sin nuestras maletas y tuvimos que buscar un hotel de emergencia.
