Categories

Cleanliness
8
Multiple guests praise clean rooms and bathrooms (some said floors were clean enough to walk barefoot). A few reports of stained towels and an unmade bed indicate occasional housekeeping lapses.
Service
7
Staff are often described as friendly, welcoming and helpful at the desk, but several guests report unreliable airport pickup, poor responsiveness to calls/messages and inconsistent communication, which lowers the score.
Location
8
Proximity to the airport is repeatedly noted as a strong positive; convenient for transfers. Some guests mentioned freeway noise, but location is overall valued.
Room Quality
7.5
Rooms are frequently described as comfortable and spacious with useful extras (fridge, microwave). However, some guests experienced issues (loose shower rod, occasional lack of hot water, stained towels, bed not made).
Amenities
7
Amenities like a free shuttle and basic room facilities are appreciated, but criticisms include limited breakfast offerings, missing toiletries (shampoo) and some plumbing problems (poor sink flow/no hot water).
Value for Money
8
Several guests explicitly call it good value for an airport hotel; convenient features and reasonable pricing contribute positively despite some service issues.
Food and Beverage
6.5
Breakfast feedback is mixed: some guests found it 'on point' or 'nice,' while others reported minimal selection and low quality, leading to an overall below-average score.
Overall Experience
8
Many reviewers describe a very positive stay and recommend the hotel ('wonderful', 'awesome', would return). Negative experiences (shuttle/communication, occasional room issues) moderate the overall impression.

Pros:

There are alot of things I didn't like here not to mention the neighborhood but letting people hang out and smoke in big crowds by the front door and back door is unacceptable 😑 due to the fact parking lot is very dark! The lady at the front desk has no customer service what so ever cost is $ 0.00 for kindness and a smile iam paying you! ... all in all needs updated price is cheap we were leaving at 5:00 am got there at 12:00 so all in all was creeped out got up got dressed and left ! Thanks but no thanks!!

Wonderful stay! I highly recommend this hotel!
Pros:

Great location in proximity to the airport. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Great value!

Cons:

The freeway traffic was loud but that didn’t bother us while in the room. Breakfast was okay but could be better if there were more selections of food.

One of the most excellent hotels days I have ever had! We will be back
Pros:

The breakfast was on point...anything that we needed from the front desk and from housekeeping was accommodating!
We really enjoyed our clean room and clean bathrooms the floor was even clean enough for us to walk on barefooted in our room.

Cons:

I was really disappointed at the internet and Wi-Fi at this hotel I had school work that I needed to complete and was not able to turn in my assignments because I did not have a stable Wi-Fi connection in the room.
