Optimal und empfehlenswert, wenn man im Hotel ein Event besucht (Audimax-Halle)
Pros:

Immer wieder gerne im Rahmen eines Events.

Cons:

Grober Schmuck unter dem Bett....?, ist wohl bei der Reinigung vergessen worden.

In der Audimax-Halle war die Bewirtung in der Pause sehr schlecht organisiert, lange Warteschlangen bis über die Pause hinaus. Einige Gäste waren verständlicherweise sehr verärgert. Man wurde dann auch noch gebeten, weil die Schlange nicht endete, sich nach der Pause ein Getränk zu holen, weil es im Programm weiter geht. . Wie bitte? Geht gar nicht. Schade bei den Eintrittspreisen.

Schöner Aufenthalt mit Hund unter der Woche
Pros:

Ich bin mit meinem Hund angereist und habe von der Dame am Empfang direkt eine sehr freundliche Antwort per Mail bekommen. Auch der Check in war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Die Lage ist toll zum Laufen...und das Frühstück war phantastisch mit sehr viel Auswahl es gab wirklich alles von Rührei bis müsli etc...

Выбор отеля был случаен! ) Очень чисто в отеле !персонал приветливый и всегда идет на помощ
Кровати удобные спал как на облаке . В номере есть все необходимое . Завтрак просто отличный ! Все свеже нарезанное и по необходимости доносят . И очень вкусно!!!😃 очень понравилась атмосфера , все аутентично и сделано со вкусом . Отель довольно старый но все выкрашено и отремонтировано !!! Сохраняет свою атмосферу !

Отдельное спасибо рецепционистке которая была в ночь с 12-13 октября

Very bad service
Pros:

24h check in. We arrived 2am

Cons:

They charged a private bathroom room and gave us a shared bathroom room. Unacceptable. If they had told us i would never stayed there. The room was very dirty, with fleas in the small bed. A beautifull building, but an awfull management.

Sehr angenehm und ruhig
Pros:

Auf dem Rückweg vom Rock- und Popmuseum haben wir hier übernachtet. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Das Zimmer haben wir in dem weitläufigen Hotel gut gefunden. Es war sauber, zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber angenehm ruhig. Abendessen und Frühstück waren gut und reichlich.

Cons:

der Service beim Abendessen begann etwas schleppend, erst nachdem ich unsere Anwesenheit gemeldet hatte. Vermutlich waren wir zu leise eingetreten .... :-)

Fuer das Zimmer – mittelmäßig
Pros:

Sehr nettes Personal. Das Frühstück ist hervorragend. Ein majestätisches, wunderschönes Gebäude

Cons:

Das Zimmer ist renovierungsbedürftig. Die Möbel sind alt und abgenutzt, der Teppichboden riecht unangenehm nach Alter, das Badezimmer ist alt, sieht schmutzig aus und riecht ebenfalls schlecht.
