Average room, didn't felt very safe with family
Pros:

Nothing to like in there. Bed linen was dirty and pillows stained.

Cons:

Ice machine wasnt working. Bathrooms were very dirty. Sitting on the toilet seat at your eye level under the sink it is filthy.
AC doesn't cool at all and smelled bad. Location wise it is approx 20nminutes walk to Niagara falls Zip line location.
For the after hours reception, there should be a door bell especially when the attendant is onsite instead of having to call given that people might be travelling from overseas and may not have a local number.

Lovely staff and quaint stay close to the Falls!
Pros:

The people who work here are LOVELY!!! The whole place is well-kept and super close to everything you want to do in Niagara. Would highly recommend the shawarma place across the street - we’re from close to NYC and it was some of the best shawarma I’ve ever had.

Cons:

The bathroom was dirty and the room smelled of cigarettes. The key for entering the hotel at night didn’t work very well, and we had to call the person in charge several times so that they could let us—as well as other guests—inside. The location is very convenient, but it is very noisy; I don’t think it’s a good option for families.

Not booking again.
Pros:

Location and the softness of the bed was the only good things about this place.

Cons:

On arrival was told I had to pay a safety deposit of 200 dollars. Then when I finally was checked in. Not only did the room barely have enough towels. The bathroom floor was filthy, and the shower still had soap scum. We also had a window in our room that kept popping open causing the room to be freezing cold at night. Plus no phone within the room to call for service if needed nor anyone to assist after hours. To be honest I wouldnt book here again It was nice to crash for a night minus the freezing. However Ill book elsewhere next time.

Cheap stay for good location
Pros:

Location. Clean for the most part. Nice bedding.

Cons:

Bed was horrible. Hard. Pillows were cheap and uncomfortable. Didn't use shower due to uncleaned soap scum on wall that I could easily scrape some with my nail. I have pictures. Found little black hairs in the sink. Curtains were not on correctly. so gaps let light in. Definitely not blackout.

Fyi the microwave in the stairway I'm assuming you can use? There's a ton of dust and dirt clearly visible at the back of its table.
