Otherwise, it was fine! Good value for money.
Pros:

15 minutes walk to Niagara and attractions! Near wonderfool breakfast! It is quiet in the hotel.

Cons:

There was a lot of black hair around; we stayed for two nights, but the towels weren't changed—I don't know, maybe that's the standard practice?!

Clean beds new mattress and pillows

Cons:

The towels they smelled strong of detergent. The floor mat/towel was old and had black marks on it. It was used and abused. I did tell front desk about mat. Behind the door of our room no instructions for fire safety or emergency exist info.
