Worst Hotel in Niagara.
Cons:

Room was smelling like strong Dog Piss i told the employee but he was requiring me to pay extra for a different room, I travelled with my wife and our new born baby and it was hard for us to sleep while smelling the bad odour. They cleaned the bathroom area because i told them to but yet still not smell good. Also some of the power outlets are not working (bathroom) my wife trying to use her blow dryer but no luck. And the circuit breaker didnt have no Cover on it so bunch of wires are exposed (safety hazard). I wouldn't recommend this hotel and will never book again. Receptionist even told me it smells like dog piss because its a pet friendly hotel…

Overall, we had a decent stay. The room was comfortable, but we noticed a small blood stain on the bedsheet, which was a bit unpleasant. Other than that, everything was fine.

Would stay again.
Pros:

Very clean and good location. Close to the falls and other attractions sites. Lots of food options around.

Cons:

WiFi lags, I don't know if it's because of my room location or it's the whole facility in general.
Also you can't watch anything on tv, regular tv didn't show and all the apps were not connecting as well. For someone who loves my tv, that was a struggle.

Pros:

Manager Phil was greatly helpful one of my cat decided to hide inside the bed due to the loud door opening & closing of the sound right checkout - for this especially Manager on duty gave me 20-30 mins to relax the cat out of hiding

Cons:

the bed bases of furniture has hidden spaces for small animals would be greatly appreciated if this can be secured so animals won’t hide due to loud noise sometimes which spooked my cat

Die Nähe zu den Niagarafällen war super. Man war zu Fuss in ca. 15-20 min. bei den Wasserfällen.
Man konnte zwar erst ab 16 Uhr einchecken aber schon ab 13 Uhr parken....

Cons:

Das Hotel war etwas abgewohnt.
