Cons:

They overbooked the hotel and picked us to change hotels to the one right next door. Very disappointed since we were not notified until we got there. I guess we should be thankful that we had a room at all. Could have just said they were filled up and not honor our reservation. Just surprised, probably since we were only staying one night.

Goo hotel, great people
Pros:

I travel to San Diego for business weekly and stay at this Holiday Inn on a regular basis. The rooms are always clean and well prepared. The free breakfast is good and over the course of several days offers some variety. It has great access to the freeway and there several restaurants nearby. The staff is what makes this property stand out. They are always very helpful, and welcoming. Christina at the front desk I always there with a smile and greets me by name.

The biggest draw back is that the hotel shares a parking lot with another hotel, so parking gets a bit tight sometimes.

Great Service
Pros:

I want to give a huge shoutout to Viz Arely, Public Attendant. I accidentally left my glasses behind while checking out, and Viz didn’t just do the minimum — he truly went above and beyond.

He took the time to look for them, followed up, and didn’t give up until they were found. His kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help made a stressful situation so much easier.

Exceptional customer service like this deserves recognition. Thank you, Viz, for looking out for people and treating them with care and respect!

Good place.
Pros:

I liked the location near my event

Cons:

The room was next to the elevator, ice machine, and some electrical maintenance room.
Some machinery was working on and off while night.
The bad was comfortable and room was good but I was not able to sleep much. :))
Second night I was tired enough and slept through this :).

Wonderful stay with family. Mila at the front desk was so accommodating as we needed more time.
Pros:

Breakfast was delicious. Bacon was crisp, eggs were perfect and the Cinnabon was an unexpected treat. Love the varieties of juices, muffins, etc. plenty of fresh coffee and variety of teas.

Cons:

? Can ‘t think of any negatives.

Another great stay
Pros:

Checked in super late the first time and wasn’t as impressed with the bed/room as we have been the last 4 or 5 times. Went down and got help from Mila at the front desk and she was super sweet and helpful. She was able to get our room switched and everything was perfect. The public attendant Viz was very attentive and quick to help when we requested some extra items. He was up stairs in what seemed was seconds after calling the front desk!
