Holiday Inn Express Mira Mesa San Diego by IHG

We stayed for several days, and EACH employee was very friendly and helpful. Inwas very impressed with all staff and the hotel room and cleanliness. Maziarvwas great too!

I arrived at IHG late and tired, and without a reservation. The front desk attendant (Maziar) was so helpful and was to find a room to meet my needs and budget. The room was very clean and nicely appointed with microwave, refrigerated and coffee maker. The room was very quiet and all the staff were very helpful and professional. 5 stars.

Once we arrived the ada room was still occupied by another guest. Son is a wheelchair user and the property moved us in the proper room the next day. I appreciate the offer to waive the parking fee because the room was being occupied. I really wish hotels would have more ada room with roll in showers/walk in. It would be a benefit for many travelers.

Very friendly lobby staff, clean, and a great area to stay

Awesome hotel staff to make my stay an enjoyable stay. Front desk Amy, Gina, Christina and Maziar I was greeted daily coming and going from hotel front door. Like being on a Cheers episode. They helped with a recommendations on places to eat and shop. Houseman: Mel was friendly just passing in the hallway and elevator. Marley in kitchen ensured the food and cleanliness of the dining area and breakfast buffet area was clean of spills, crumbs etc and presented well. The staff displayed positive attitude and work ethic extended each other and customers. Juan, GM, has a strong team. Great Welcoming Stay.

An absolutely superb stay for such a great price!! The hotel was incredibly accommodating as well. I had the pleasure of meeting and being helped by Maziar, the most amazing concierge. I would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an affordable, accommodative and well kept hotel. :)

Hotel and Staff are Outstanding. Greetings daily with smiles and friendly support for any questions. Location is central to many restaurants , shops, walkable and or uber in a very safe area. Juan Ramirez GM, conducts himself with professionalism, respect, & calm confidence. He has employed a strong working team. Hotel is a bit aged, but extremely clean, sanitary at all times of the day. No harsh chemical smells or fragrances in any common area nor rooms in the hotel. Rooms are comfortable. Will be returning here in future visits. Plan ahead, rooms sell out fast...now you know why.

Maziar provided excellent customer service as it was raining when I was leaving very early in the morning before the breakfast even opened. Not only did walk me over and help me make a cup of coffee, he also gave me fruit and a yogurt to take with me since my was leaving at 7 AM. He waited at the door for my car to help me load my car so I would not get wet. He went to bother, but I haven’t seen in many many years. The Customer Service superseded my expectations and I will go back again and again.

This is my go to hotel when I'm working in the area. It's one of the smaller Express's, but it really has that more intimate feel. Everybody is friendly and greets you with a smile, no matter what their position is. It's always nice to see Cristina's smile at the front desk after a drive.

I stay here often, the staff is very accommodating. The rooms are always clean and properly stocked. Cristina at the front desk is very friendly and makes the whole experience a pleasure. She always has my room keys and parking passes ready to go as soon as we walk in, making the check in process very simple after a long day. Thank you Cristina.
