Staff were impeccable. Always used our names and very helpful and friendly. Rare, these days! Easy to maneuver the hallways, nice little self serve store for amenities.

Cons:

The beds were pretty uncomfortable, we are used to decent memory foam mattresses, but these were old fashioned spring/coil, and they were sub par for this property. Pillows seemed pretty flat and cheap quality, as well.

Great hotel.
Pros:

This is an exceptional hotel, located in Burbank with easy access to freeways and to a lot of restaurants and special attractions. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back!

Cons:

Our only complaint was that the room had a couple issues, including plug outlets and lights that did not work, plus it took forever for the shower water to get hot.

Excellent location and front of house staff. Room not too clean and not done properly by housekeeping staff.

Our balcony door would hardly open and was broken.
Room service only made beds, left all the trash and dirty cups. Did not replace liner to ice bucket or cups so we couldn’t make tea or coffee in the room.
Also left bottle of cleaning liquid behind which they never used.

Tres’ fantastic
Pros:

We really liked this Hotel! The staff is fantastic especially Kelly at breakfast, she was absolutely awesome! Also, bartenders Norm and Harvey were fun and engaging.
The location is perfect and the hotel is a very cool boutique hotel!
Put this Hotel on your list!!!!

It’s a very nice place to stay, accommodating staff and great location.

Beautiful comfortable hotel in a nice location.

Cons:

The exercise room was void of any sanitizer or wipes all 4 days there.
Didn’t like having to walk past everyone in the lobby to go get ice and refill water.

Pros:

The whole hotel is cozy and welcoming. The staff are highly professional and engaging. The location is ideally central to everything we wanted to do.

Cons:

The room had an odd smell. The bed is a tad too hard, but that's a personal preference.
