Preis / Leistung voll stimmig ! Gibt es nichts auszusetzen.
Pros:

Nähe zur Altstadt, bzw. zum Zentrum. Wer in einer Großstadt bucht, muss mit Verkehr und der damit verbundenen Geräuschkulisse klar kommen. Gratisticket für den VRR war fein, im Dezember an anderer Location, war das nicht der Fall !

Das WLAN funktioniert auf einem Notebook nicht, kommt aber vor, da können die nichts für!

Pros:

The staff was super friendly, close to the bus stop and tram, breakfast was also good, usual stuff, also provided a gift for the Easter and offered a day pass for transport in the city. The room was big and the toilet was clean.

Cons:

Walls are thin, can hear people talking, no lift, room was warm, had to open windows at night.

Forse il miglior rapporto Q/P durante la fiera ProWein. Posizione centrale, in una zona molto trnquilla. Buona la prima colazione.

Cons:

Ho incontrato lo staff della reception solo all'arrivo perchè al mattino apre tardi e la sera chiude presto, quindi non potrei giudicare. La stanza per quanto tranquilla, non era molto insonorizzata e risentiva dei rumori provenienti dalle scale

“The extra mile the staff went to check me in at almost midnight, make me feel welcome, and place me in a room that was easily accessible and beautifully clean. I also like the location: within walking distance of the Altstadt, the Rheinbahn, and the station.

Gute Unterkunft für Kurzaufenthalte.
Pros:

Für uns sehr gute Lage. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Sauber. Sehr freundliches Personal. Sehr gute Betten. Zweckmäßige Einrichtung. Alles problemlos.

Cons:

Kein Aufzug (3.Etage). Soll aber keine Kritik sein!
Zimmer klein. Für uns aber ausreichend.

Ziemlich schlecht!
Pros:

Zunächst hatte ich einen positiven Eindruck vom Personal. Allerdings haben sich ein paar Probleme ergeben und hier war dann die Kommunikation aufgrund fehlender Sprachkenntnisse schwierig. Der Hotel Manager war leider nicht zu sprechen. Ein Kollege konnte seine Tür nicht öffnen. Da die Rezeption nicht besetzt und die Notfallnummer nicht erreichbar war, ist der Kollege mit einem Taxi nach Hause gefahren. Nach Moers. Ein absolutes No Go.
