Antico Palazzo Rospigliosi

The rooms are gross, stains on the sheets/comforters. The bathroom had mold, our toilet wouldn’t flush. The staff did give us a new room after 24 hours of no toilet, but the new room was just as bad, with a working toilet this time. A miserable stay.

Good location central with lots of walking items. Room is very dated mould around shower dusty temperature control didn’t work in the shower. Breakfast was very basic.

Great balcony room to enjoy the city of Rome's busy streets, sights, people watch everything.
The hotel inside has many little places to wonder around and get lost in old Italian painted ceilings, courtyard, a beautiful chapel on the 3 floor. The staff is great especially Pereira, went above and beyond to help make our trip even better.

This hotel was AMAZING! The history associated with it is incredible. Located within a short walk to the Termini Station. Lots a good restaurants nearby and within walking distance to the Colosseum. The rooms were huge and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend. If I make it back to Rome I will stay here again.

Great location, near main station and on bus routes. Lovely shared spaces but room a bit tired and no proper shower. Bath with a hand held showerhead. Functional. Breakfast was good coffee and sweet treats.

Do not put do not enter on you door they do come in me and my wife where in and the cleaning lady came in on us no cool

The hotel is very convenient for sightseeing.

But the accommodations is very old and desperately needs a refurbish. There are not enough power points, these are two pin only so take an adapter.

There is no in room or in hotel refreshments facility. So morning tea ☕ can not be done in room. The only food available is at breakfast,that is continental only no hot food. Once breakfast is done there is no facility for hot drinks only vending machines in lobby with can drinks.

Bathroom fittings are loose and in appropriate , shower needs to be hand held, difficult to shower.

Shame as hotel is in good location, but very poor accomodations and facilities.

Star rating is wrong it should have a two ⭐ ⭐ rating.

A wonderful Italian charm hotel. Hotel staff super kind and helpful. Excellent location. 15 min walk to anything and close to the termini for easy in and out of the city access.

The room was average. Quite dark. The down light in front of the wardrobe was out as were the two over the bathroom cabinet making it very difficult for my husband to shave or me to apply makeup.. I asked for them to be replaced after the first night and the second night. By the 3rd night we just wanted to go. The lights were never fixed. The breakfast was certainly average. I've seen reviews stating they will make scrambled eggs if you ask. We were not told this. Also very small breakfast room that we shared with more than 20 unsupervised children running amok. Only one powerpoint in room making charging your things very difficult. And power only works when you are in the room so you can't charge things when you leave for the day. Average... just average. Certainly not 4 star.

Room was good. Air conditioning didn’t really exist.

The room wasn’t prestige clean and the breakfast was very poor.

If you want all the luxuries amenities, you will not get it here. We just needed a place to sleep and rest. It’s a great location you can walk to most places. You need a taxi, you just walk out the hotel and plenty of them are outside. You want to take the bus? It’s a short walk.

Overall stay is okay, however, two minus points I got during the stay, 1) Lift did not work 1st day even my room is 4th floor 2) Bath towel was Not replaced new one and due to lack of the working people, they requested us to get to reception to pick them up

The first night wasn’t so good. No ac and the fridge didn’t work. We told the guy on duty and he said he’d check it out the next day:(. Room was very noisy. The did move us the second night to a bigger room, much cooler and quieter.

It is located only 10 minutes from termini train station,which is great for getting to and from the airport.
20 minutes walk to major attractions.
Hotel was fine, a little old decor. Breakfast was really limited, could benefit with more choice.

Hotel is nice but a little worn. Parking was not clear and when asked they were very vague about how you park - which is odd as once we had the information it was easy.

Near metro station and walkable from some attraction sites.
