Hice una reserva por booking, había disponibilidad. Cuando llegue al Hotel me dijeron que NO tenían la habitación porque estaba sobrevendido.

Cons:

La falta de comunicación y vender alojamiento cuando estan sobrevendido!!! Un horror

Pros:

The staff were great and the breakfast was good quality

It was our choice to stay near airport, but it was some distance from Houston and the main shopping areas

Pleasant. Great place to relax in large room before long haul flight. Staff all lovely.
Pros:

Did not have breakfast.

Staff were lovely especially guy on reception 10/11.
Shuttle service great.
Enjoyed late check out time. Large room with good facilities. (Wish i had used the pool)

Cons:

Cost! Felt overpriced for a room without breakfast.
