Cons:

Waited 2 hours for airport shuttle . Called 3 times told they were 7 to 8 minutes away each time. Im old and it was very traumatic. Finally got to hotel. Exhausted. 4 people waiting to check in. Waited. Waited. No desk clerk. After 20 minutes I called and she finally came up to answer phone. Next morning I had a seminar. There were several of us asking desk clerk where to go for seminar. He kept saying here ( as in lobby) it wasnt in lobby. It was in a meeting room. Luckily someone from the seminar happened to see us and showed us where to go.

Good place to stay and catch your flight
Pros:

Great location near airport. Excellent friendly staff. The lady in the breakfast area was particularly helpful and attentive. Excellent front desk. Great regular shuttle service to the airport. Clean room. I would stay there again.

Very comfortable stay
Pros:

We had a really comfortable stay, bed was nice, semi soft like all Hilton beds. The coffee bar was nice but only had regular coffee for 1 person and now 2 persons. They have good shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and lotion. Water pressure was good. They only have 1 USB plug at the phone, nowhere else. I love the location to rental return, super close. Just make sure read the rental return ," RANKIN ROAD", NOT MISS THIS TURN, ON THE RIGHT !! It is is 3 miles back around to get back to the road! I would stay here again when in Houston

Say NO to the Bar $$$$
Pros:

Hadn’t planned on needing a room but we’re thankful we found one after a cancelled flight. Rooms were clean, good sized, and quiet. We were happy to get a decent meal in the lobby but were then horrified that the bar tab for a couple drinks was almost double our full meals. No prices listed and 2 shots of Jameson came to $25 USD. You can get a bottle for that price! A $10 wine cost $50 USD, which we obviously wouldn’t have had anything had the prices been posted anywhere! Definitely BYOB.

Cons:

The price going over double from one weekend to the next. Spring rates? Spring doesn’t start until March 20th. It cost me over twice as much because March 1st was the day we checked out. I had inadvertently booked it for the previous weekend for over 50% less. Why? Crazy
