Bien pour la localisation mais manque d’intimité dans la chambre et bémol pour le petit déjeuner
Pros:

Très bel hôtel idéalement situé sur l’une des plus belles plages de l’île. La localisation est parfaite pour profiter pleinement d’Isla Mujeres. Le bed au beach club était vraiment super, très confortable pour se détendre face à la mer. Le cadre tropical est magnifique et dépaysant, exactement ce que l’on recherche lorsque l’on vient visiter l’île. Une expérience très agréable que je recommande sans hésiter.

Cons:

Dans la chambre, nous avons été gênés par le manque total d’intimité. Il n’y avait pas de volets et seulement des rideaux blancs transparents. Depuis l’extérieur, il était possible de voir à l’intérieur, et depuis le lit nous pouvions clairement distinguer les ombres des personnes qui passaient devant la chambre, ce qui ne met pas vraiment à l’aise ni en sécurité.
Concernant le petit déjeuner, l’expérience au beach club n’a pas été top. Le personnel n’est pas particulièrement accueillant ni arrangeant. Aucun changement n’est possible dans le menu sans supplément (alors que nous n’avons jamais pris d’œufs ni de bacon pendant les 2 jours x 2 personnes). Enfin, ils ont également essayé de réduire les portions : par exemple, un seul yaourt pour deux avec seulement quelques demi-tranches de pain. Cela laisse un sentiment assez désagréable d’autant plus qu’ils ne lésinent pas sur les tips. C’est dommage car le lieu pourrait offrir une bien meilleure expérience.

El desayuno siendo argentino somos mas del cafe c leche y tostadas o medialunas y nosotros eramos 4 adultos y nos daban 3 tostadas en total y cuando le pedi mas me dijo q me iba a tener q cobrar aparte. Todo lo q ofrecían como huevo y todo es no me gusta asiq solo sobreviviamos c las tostadas q no llegaban a una x persona

Lindo hotel en playa norte
Pros:

Me gustó lo amplia de la habitación, afuera tenía como un living privado, nos encantó su patio tropical, la buena calidad de los jabones sólido y líquido. Valoramos mucho que nos dejen agua y unos bombones de cortesía. Te dan toallas para la playa y pasando por el hotel de enfrente llegas al club de playa que está incluido en la tarifa. La mejor playa de la isla. En ese club de playa que forma parte de hotel de enfrente también brindan el desayuno. Linda piscina y yacusi en el patio. La habitación tenía frigobar.

Cons:

Le faltaba decoración a la habitación y la TV era muy chica en relación al tamaño de la habitación. El precio no fue barato (por ese precio pagamos un all inclusive en Cancún, pero en playa norte no se consigue nada más accesible, tener en cuenta que incluía el servicio del club de playa (colchones y sombrillas). Muy mala la calidad del champú y el acondicionador.

Its all about location. The rest is just ok. But again best location. Breakfast was ok

Cons:

The mattress old and can feel springs. The mini fridge in the room placed right in front of bed make 24/7 noise. I liked it cuz it kept the noise from outside out but if you cant handle it, this room is not for you.
Staff feels more like you bothering them from their computer. So not very friendly considering its a small hotel but when you did ask it got done
One day there were kids at pool their 8 pm. Ok so ....
Lastly not located on beach. You cross street in the oceanus beachfront. Get there only early to save bes. ¹111

Excelente ubicación en paradisíaca playa norte
Pros:

La ubicación es excelente
A un cruce de calle de la mejor playa-norte- de la isla
Muy cerca de avenida Hidalgo para la tarde noche, se va caminando
Muy buen desayuno enfrente de la playa, es continental pero está muy bien
Camastros gratuitos en la playa

Cons:

Las cortinas dejan pasar la luz, llevamos cubre ojos pero no fueron necesarios
No reponen diariamente productos del baño, pero se, solicitan en recepción de necesitarlo

Great location and relaxed vibe matched what I was looking for.
Pros:

The hotel is set in a garden-like setting with a small pool and hot tub. There are on-site yoga classes, and the vibe is very relaxed at the hotel. The beach club across the street has breakfast and a beach lounge included, so you get the best of both worlds; relaxed if you want it or more of a party atmosphere at the beach.

Cons:

It can take a while for the shower to warm up.
