Molto bella, anche perché mi hanno dato una stanza migliore in upgrade

Cons:

Colazione un po’ ridotta. Il succo di anguria era terribile e non era possibile sostituirlo.

Great location and relaxed vibe matched what I was looking for.
Pros:

The hotel is set in a garden-like setting with a small pool and hot tub. There are on-site yoga classes, and the vibe is very relaxed at the hotel. The beach club across the street has breakfast and a beach lounge included, so you get the best of both worlds; relaxed if you want it or more of a party atmosphere at the beach.

Cons:

It can take a while for the shower to warm up.

Pros:

Best part of the beach in Isla Mujeres. Really nice sun beds. Good breakfast, and really good food in the restaurant. Very nice clean rooms with lot of space.

Cons:

The pool area was a bit booring and "dark".

Fint hotell på den finaste delen av Isla Mujeres.
Pros:

Superbra läge.
Väldigt bra mat i restaurangen.
En stor solsäng med fräscha handdukar ingår varje dag.
Bra och vällagad frukost, men lite enformigt. Man får välja mellan 4 rätter som ingår i priset.

Cons:

Lite väl mycket turistbåtar som lägger till utanför varje dag. Det "vallade" in massa folk i perioder.

We liked the location, the room was basic but met our needs. The location was excellent—close to the beach and an easy walk into town for dinner. Loved that a beachside chaise came with the room. Maelisa was helpful.

Cons:

We did not use the pool. Would have liked the vegetation to be cut back as the pool area was shaded most of the day. Also, more vegetation typically means more mosquitoes. Would appreciate a slightly expanded breakfast menu.

Wonderful vacation place while having work meetings in Cancun.
Pros:

In general, this is a wonderful hotel and I plan to return, as this is near my most favourite beach in the world.

Cons:

The tap by the pool to wash sand off did not work the days I was there. I checked everyday.

You charge a premium price for your facilities and this is the first time I see something not working as it should.

I still love your hotel!
