VERY UNPLEASANT ! ! !
Pros:

limited choices of items for breakfast
located us in an upstairs room ( we are both 83 yrs old with a heavy suitcase and no elevator and no offer of assistance when we checked in)

Our stay was for 3 nights - room was not cleaned nor was the bed changed nor trash removed at all

Great stay
Pros:

Location was great. Everything was nice and clean, felt safe in the area. Staff were friendly. Nice shower and comfortable beds. Really nice for a good price. Breakfast was moderate, good enough for a hotel, had more than other hotels we stayed at. We really enjoyed this place, would definitely recommend and stay again.

None. Perfectly good stay.

Convenient location, but cleanliness and maintenance were well below expectations for the price paid.

Convenient location and easy parking. The room was available as expected and breakfast was included.

Cons:

The hotel was poorly maintained. There were many small flies coming out of the bathroom sink drain. The toilet was loose, the toilet paper holder was loose, and the towel rack was barely attached to the wall. The walls were heavily scuffed and damaged. The property looked old and worn, and the breakfast quality was disappointing.

The manager saved the stay.
Pros:

It’s very hard to rate this day as we first came in the keys didn’t work so I had to go back to the office to get new keys and we came in the room and there were several things were not maintained properly. The freezer needed to be defrosted there was wood shims hanging out of the toilet the bed comforter had a red stain on it and we went to the office. The saving grace was the manager immediately sent someone to correct all the problems especially with the bathtub filling up while we were showering so the manager was the saving grace, but it is an old motel in Wyndham really needs to spend some money to update it. Painting repair cracks in the walls just to fix things, but I did give it a five because of the manager and that is the only reason.

Pretty good, but could have been better.
Pros:

I liked the coffee that was available complimentary as part of the breakfast. I liked the room that we stayed in. I liked the availability of parking spaces.

Cons:

I didn't like the options for breakfast. I didn't like the overnight desk worker, who was not able to connect me to my room when calling for my friend to pick me up, he claimed the phone of the room was not working which is unacceptable . I didn't like how TV channels were not available in the hotel room, and we had to have use the apps instead, which resulted in poor connection and unwatchable streaming quality. I didn't like how when asking for 3 extra towels needed immediately, there was a wait and we only received 1.
