Pros:

Easy on and off to the freeway. Remodeled bathroom..

Cons:

No remote in the room. Long wait to have one delivered. The ice bucket was filled with old popped popcorn. Noticed the dust buildup between arm chair and foot stool.

Cons:

The fact that I tried to stay and they didn't have any room at the moment, but took my money when I reserved the room same day and didn't let me stay because there policy states 3pm. I just reserved it only without paying and still charged my card.

The cost was ideal. Extremely close to the in airport.

Cons:

You get blindsided with a $100 deposit. There is no indication on a deposit and then you check in and have to pay the deposit. You get it back but it's an inconvenience when you aren't prepared for it.

Rude inconsiderate staff I hated every second of it.
Pros:

I thought the location was ideal for me to travel to and from work easily while me and my guest were visiting. The bedding was comfortable however the seating in the room was filthy. The restroom was good and the shower/tub I thought was very good.

Cons:

We stayed there just a total of 2 days without a microwave and the female staff didn't do anything to accommodate us for not having a microwave to be able to warm up any food to eat. The fridge was broken leaked and wouldn't close all the way. The female staff new the room didn't have a microwave and still gave it to us knowing that and we stayed the entire time without anyway of heating up our food she didn't try to move us into a different room claiming everything was fully booked and even if it wasn't we couldn't switch rooms anyway because I had already taken a shower. I thought that was just low down right inconsiderate and awful to tell a paying guest something like that when it wasn't in any way our fault but she definitely made it out problem. I'm sure I will never visit this particular property again.

Best Western - not up to usual standard.
Pros:

Convenient location and room was large with all that was needed

Cons:

Getting a bit scruffy.
Around 60 packing crates / boxes stacked 5-6 high outside on the premises. Some opened. Judging by tree debris on them they had been there months if not years (avoid rooms looking out on them !)
Breakfast was provided. But the milk was sour and fresh had to be brought. The desk clerk could find no sugar for tea or coffee.
Cheaper accommodation nearby and use the difference for a good breakfast !

Once we got to the hotel, I was not given a queen room with 2 beds I was given 1 king bed and the couch was stained with red blood. The walls had blood spattered all over them. They did not have an elevator so I had to use the stairs with my luggage’s.

The price was great and the bed was comfortable. The air conditioner worked well.

Cons:

The room smelled as soon as you walked in. The restroom was worse. The room was not clean. Didn't look like it was swept and the restroom smelled like roaches and moldy. We saw a small roach going into a space at the shower head. The tub would clog up when we showered. No ironing board in the room.
