My son stayed at the hotel the lady on reception was very rude as I spoke to her on the phone upon check inn, demanded $100 non smoking fee which is returned within 3 working days, it’s now 9 days and still not received the fee

Pros:

Staff was awesome and check-in was smoother than butter on a hot biscuit. Unfortunately, that’s where the magic ended. The room itself… not so magical. The bathroom had some bonus “features” like mold around the tub (not exactly the spa treatment I was hoping for). The whole room carried a mystery smell that I still can’t identify, but I’m 90% sure Febreze would tap out if it tried. And the pillows? I don’t know who decided to swap normal pillows with decorative couch squares, but trying to sleep on those was like trying to nap on a throw pillow at your grandma’s house. Being right next to the airport, I expected jet engines to tuck me in at night, but surprisingly it wasn’t loud at all.

Pros:

AC system is non functional in the corridor and almost unbearable to be in. The pool is unusable and visually reprehensible. Rooms were dated and the only saving grace was a comfortable bed. The coffee machine was non-functional, the tub and fixtures were horrible.

This hotel is not handicap friendly. No Elevator and handicap parking is to far away from entrance. did not have any breakfast by 8:30 am it was cold and empty of product

Employees do not know how to respect. Maintenance very poor. We could smell drugs all through the hallways. People sleeping in vehicles. Employees look at you rude when eating breakfast.
