Stay was ok just very rude staff at hotel regarding double payment.

I paid for the room via booking.com The hotel also charged me the same rate on my card as well as booking charging my card. I have not gotten any resolution or credit back on my card.

Aside from the check in difficulties and no WiFi, it was great.
Pros:

Clean and comfortable and convenient to what we were doing.

Cons:

Apparently Hilton and Booking.com don’t communicate very well. At check in, they never did find my name or my reservation. Fortunately I had my emailed confirmation from Booking.com. But I was never really on their list. We couldn’t get WiFi because my last name wasn’t on their system. They told me that they have this issue with a lot of 3rd party sites like Booking.com.

Great location and night's rest

Cons:

Check-in process was very long (more tham 15 minutes with no other people) even though I paid in advance... Evening clerk was slow and talked more than needed about the systems out their control... paid night was made through Booling.

Hot water and faucet issues
Pros:

The shower faucet turned in a complete circle. Very hard to fine tune the place for hot water. The bathroom sink absolutely no hot water. They advertise a restaurant attached. Which is closed Sunday and Monday. Very disappointed. We walked next door to casino. Restaurant in there horrible. Told the front desk about water issue in morning. She said ok. No sorry. No customer service. Room was clean. Furniture very old. I see why they was so empty

Great job Chanel!
Pros:

After some confusion on their part on check in, everything was fine. We did have a really dirty bathtub when I went to take a bath the first night but the front desk had it cleaned right away. It was too late for my bath but ok since I was able to take a shower. We had a handicapped room as my husband has a damaged spinal cord. What I thought was weird is the liquid soap on the wall was not reachable for a disabled person. I would suggest they invest in bars of soap for this purpose. Same with shampoo. Anyway, a big shoutout to Chanel at the front desk. She was the best and deserves a raise. Thank you, Chanel for all your help and keeping things efficient and friendly.

One of the biggest highlights was the convenience of being directly connected to the casino—it made everything so easy and added a fun element to the trip without needing to travel anywhere.

Cons:

That said, there were a couple of minor drawbacks. The walls seemed a bit thin, so I could occasionally hear noise from neighboring rooms and the hallway. It wasn’t a dealbreaker, but something to be aware of if you’re a light sleeper. I was also a little surprised that breakfast wasn’t included, which would have been a nice touch for the price.
