Overall I had an amazing stay.
Pros:

The location is close to everything. Staff were friendly and attentive to your needs. Easy to check out and check in. Super clean.

Pros:

The rooms are clean, The beds comfortable, and the prices were reasonable. Management responded quickly to an air unit malfunction and promptly gave us another room. The outside courtyard is very nice with seating around modern fire pits and offers grilling options for your convenience.

Overall we enjoyed our stay.
Pros:

I liked the price, location, and cleanliness of the place. Also the AC worked great! Enjoyed having the refrigerator and microwave to use.

Cons:

The bath tub would not hold water. My kids were looking forward to taking a bath while there. Obviously the shower worked just fine. Just wished the tub held water.

I didn't realize they still don't clean your room after each night. So the piled up dirty towels and trash wasn't very pleasant.

Best hotel for 5am flights!
Pros:

Location, location, location! Very easy for someone able bodied to safely walk right over to the Asheville airport at 4am. There are crosswalks on 3 sides of the intersection and the button quickly turns the light. Got every last possible minute of sleep! It was surprisingly comfortable, quiet and clean for the price. Definitely will stay again.

Cons:

They should expect primarily travelers (no other destinations near here), and it's rotten that their shuttle doesn't cover all flights. It doesn't start until 4:30a so if you have a 5a boarding time with bags to check, you have to either call a rideshare for a 20 second ride (another traveler's rideshare no-showed on them), or walk. Shuttle also ends early so if your plane is late you may end up in the same situation.
