Cons:

The manager liked to argue after promising a refund for 2 of my nights since there was bugs and construction every morning at 7am right outside my door! I ended up only getting a refund for 1 night and it took almost a month to get because she kept arguing saying she already done it. I had to call corporate and my bank to dispute it! Definitely not worth the hassle.

Anniversary trip.
Pros:

The room was nice, spacious. The pool was nice. The staff was nice. My husband and I were celebrating our anniversary.

Cons:

The spa bath didn't work! That was very disappointing. There was construction going on next door that started right outside our room at the crack of dawn. It was loud.

It was a wonderful stay. The staff is polite and very helpful and professional, and it is a wonderful location.

It was very convenient to the city of Helen, Georgia. Great location.

Nice room, great staff, we'd stay again when we come back.
Pros:

Nice clean room No carpet- which was really nice. Easy aces onto main St. Just a short walk into the center of all the action. It was a great last minute choice.

The location was excellent! That is really what you are paying for here. The fridge in the room was convenient for having a baby with us.

Cons:

The air conditioner was not great. The room was very humid. We had a dehumidifier in the room that didn't work. The staff took it from us but did not give a replacement. The price per night was a little high for the quality of room.

Facility and rooms are extremely dirty. Some serious maintenance needs to be done on the grounds and rooms. Room was dirty with no hot water. Mold in the bathrooms
