The pool and hot tub were out of order at this location. We were told we could use the pool at the sister hotels but all of them were super full.

Pros:

This was my third stay at this hotel, and it remains an excellent choice in Petoskey. The staff is always friendly and courteous, the rooms are clean and spacious, and the breakfast is a great start to the day. It’s a consistently reliable and enjoyable place to stay.

Pros:

I’ve never met friendly or staff. It was the easiest check-in I’ve ever had at a hotel.

Cons:

The pool needed to be clean, but did not affect our state. We were completely happy.

fantastic stay
Pros:

Once again, we had a fantastic stay. The staff was consistently kind and helpful. Our room was roomy and comfortable. Breakfast offered a good selection each morning, and the coffee was especially enjoyable. We truly had a great visit and would happily come back again.

Great place to stay along the shore of Lake Michigan in Petoskey
Pros:

The staff was welcoming, the location was great, and the room was spacious and well arranged. The warm breakfast had a good variety—fruit, waffles, bagels, and more—and the coffee was excellent. Very happy with our stay and would gladly return.

It’s very dated and needs some modernisation. There wasn’t an option that could sleep all 5 of us in a room. The staff didn’t appear happy to be there, no smiles

It was great. Would come back for sure.
Pros:

The breakfast was great. Rooms and lobby very nice. They accommodated us when we asked for a first floor room.

Cons:

Hot tub most of the jets didn't work. Breakfast room was very loud.

It really was a nice place to stay for a color tour in Petoskey. We hope to be back next year.
Pros:

The breakfast was one of the best complimentary breakfasts I've ever had at any hotel! We thought the rooms were comfortable. The staff was very accommodating as my mom was with me with limited mobility. I requested a ground floor room with grab bars in the bathroom ONE day prior to check-in, and they delivered!

Cons:

It seemed as though there was a little dab of poop on the roll of toilet paper from the previous guests. I am not 100% sure, but it sure looked like it. The staff replaced the roll.

Best time!
Pros:

We had the best experience again. This is our fourth visit. Very clean hotel, friendly and accommodating staff and best views of the water. Great value.
