Location and cost of hotel make it a great bargain.
Pros:

Was located directly across the street from the indoor pool where my daughter was swimming for a swim meet. Room was clean and large enough for a family of 4.

Cons:

No early check in. Lobby is not always open. When first arriving there was a flash flood and there was a person outside wringing out their socks as I stepped into the lobby and waited 5 minutes for a staff member. Person from outside comes in and proceeds to process me in as that person was the onsite manager. Parking lot is small and gets overcrowded. Some parking spots need to be removed as the positioning made it hard to enter and exit the parking lot.

Met nice people and ease in finding. Enjoyed the outer star watching in the back.
