The room overall was clean just not the linens or the pillows, location was satisfactory.
Pros:

The room itself was clean. My check in staff person was pleasant and helpful.

Cons:

There was no elevator for a 3 story building!! The bed and bathroom sink were too tall, I'm 5 foot 1, the bed was hip high and the bathroom sink was at my chest. I had to use the tucked in bedding on the left side to pull myself up on to the bed. The towels were not clean, they smelled and were had spots of stains. The bed pillows smelled not just the pillowcase. I suggest a change in detergent or the company that "cleans" the linens. The stairs were bare except for the carpet strips!!! There was no posting on website that there was NO elevator!!

Well located, clean, large room, comfortable bed, chair, desk. Exceeded expectations, cost right on.
Pros:

Large, clean room with comfortable chair, desk with ample outlets and lighting for computer wasork/writing. Bed comfortable, good A/C. Great for the price. In places, the motel looks a bit run down and could use some sprucing up (ie, repairs), but that did not affect my stay. I would stay there in a heartbeat if I were to stay in Pueblo. The motel was easy to find, but a bit complicated to make the turns into the property. No big deal, and after the first time, easy to get to.

Cons:

Facility looks a bit run down. Needs some simple repairs in hallway and common areas. Could have a more complete breakfast. Waffle maker broken. Some keto items (low carb) at breakfast would be nice.

For the price it was okay …staff very nice
Pros:

Under construction so I understand but still should be cleaner back stairs and back side door area nasty.

Smell of the room was a bit rough not sure if it was the carpet or what.

Stay was fine.. room was comfortable.
Pros:

Hotel was very comfortable… hoping they get the upgrades done quickly!!!

Cons:

The breakfast was a total let down… very limited food and almost gone by 8am!!!!!!! A waffle a yogurt was all that was left…. Both mornings early!!!!!! Bad deal!!!!!!
