La persona que nos atendió fue muy amable
Que nos mostraba una ubicación y, al llegar era otra ubicación.
Cleanliness was inconsistent. You could tell there had been work put in to renovate the room, but the hallway was filthy, so was the tub. The lack of cleanliness was a big detractor.
I didn’t like anything about it do to the fact that they don’t rent rooms out unless it’s a week, two week or a month stay they sent me to another hotel where I got charged more then what my reservation was and it was the most discussing hotel around town it smelt like marijuana and sewage
The don’t just rent a room out for a night
Place was closed for remodeling and I was not informed. I had to make a phone call to find another place to stay.
Gentleman who checked me in stated that he was new, but he did an Excellent job and was Super Friendly!
The bathroom in our room (#116) was a disaster. Did not appear to have been cleaned and had a pile of trash under the sink. Toilet had not been cleaned either. The sink was being held up by a 2 X 4 board, some of the hardware from the bathtub was missing, the ceiling fan cover was gone, and best of all the doorknob for the bathroom was completely gone. The room was supposed to have a microwave and fridge, but there was no fridge in the room. We had been on the road all day, just needed to get some sleep and be on the road early the next morning, so we just decided to deal with it since we were only staying the one night, and just for a few hours. When we brought it to the attention to the staff in the morning at checkout, they seemed oddly unconcerned and offered no apology.
Good location.
I got trapped in the bathroom for 30 minutes. The door had toilet paper stuffed in the door latch and duct tape on the door handle and if closed it does not open back up..
The room was clean and reasonably inexpensive.
The AC Unit was unable to be changed to heat. The TV turned on, but there wasn't a remote to be able to watch any channels. The night attendant was unable to provide any answers. I had no issues the last time I stayed here 6 years ago. Also, there is no soap or shampoo in the bathroom.
Managers did not stay on site, they came after dialing 0 on the phone. They had my room on the 3rd floor, I asked where the elevator was and was told there isn’t one. I said I had a large heavy suitcase so she put me on the first floor, which was actually a basement, so steps down. The room was very damp and dark as most hotels are, but a bulb in the bathroom was burnt out. I had to call for toilet paper as there were no rolls in the bathroom at all, nor Kleenex tissues. The tile was cracked and grout was filthy looking. The walls need paint or they need to be washed at the very least as they look dirty. The bed had a sheet and a bedspread that was as thin as a tablecloth. I felt like I had chills and froze when trying to sleep, even though I had the heater on. A lot of male workers stayed there, some leaving their doors open. I felt unsafe with no onsite management being there. Later someone told me that’s known as a druggie hotel and they had a shooting some time ago. Even without knowing that, regardless of the very cheap price, I will not stay there again.
Absolutely filth
didn't have cold water, room was dirty, no breakfast
When drove up very sketchy, cops showed up while checking in. Attendant said he would have to check the room before hand to make sure it was ok. Air conditioner blew warm air, now shower curtain and hardly any water comes out of bath tub or sink and no water to flush toilet. No clock or phone to even call front desk.
Our room was a pit. There was no handle on the bathroom door (just a hole where one used to be), the bathroom was dirty ( trash in the trash can and dirty towels under the sink). The bathtub was dirty and the overflow cover was missing so there was a big hole in the tub. The sink counter was held up by a 2x4. The fan in the bathroom had no cover so again just a hole in the ceiling. Our room was supposed to have a fridge but didn’t.
I obviously would have asked for another room but we were so tired from traveling and just wanted to sleep. The beds were on a platform which I think some people like, but I had to get a running start to get in and I had to make sure to my dog didn’t try to jump off.
When I went to the office to discuss in the morning, all the guy said is, “I didn’t know that”. I call BS on that one.
I will take some responsibility for not switching rooms, but they didn’t even try to make anything right.
It was a place to stay, and it was quiet. The room was ok
There was no breakfast, no coffeemaker, no chair, except the desk chair.
Great place to stay for the price
Manager was slightly difficult to understand.
The room itself was nice needs a little more finishing
The bathroom was rough as could be. Ceiling tiles popped up sink counter held up with a 2x4 the fixtures in the tub where lose or missing not clean
This place appeared like a nice place to stay…upon entering the lobby, only a phone to call. The hallway to our room smelled like a skunk had just walked thru and sprayed. I think we got a contact high…just getting to the room! No toilet paper or towels in the room. The mini fridge was plugged in but did not work. I guess if your looking for a hard bed this would be a great place to stay, haha!
Tub was plugged & had stagnent water in it! Gross! No one there working, had to call & he came from off site
Towels had holes or close to see thru
Super nice staff
Spend another $25.00 and get a room that is clean. The shower/ tub was so disgusting even my husband wouldn't shower
