Cons:

The pool was cold and not clean. They were very short staffed. Not that I feel was there fault though. The 2 people cleaning rooms were working well into the night

The bathroom sink was clogged. This should have been identified by the cleaning crew and corrected. The fixtures were clean.

Cons:

Found the room to be dirty, missing many areas and corner detail cleaning, 2 q-tips found behind the toilet. Son woke with mysterious bits on his leg, might have been mosquitos, hoping not bed bugs. The pool area was disqusting and there were people using it seemly related to the manager playing loud music etc. The hot tub looked like it had never been cleaned, ran for about 2 minutes each button push. After 2 minutes of the heavy chlorine stink, we left to shower, my eyes burned the rest of the day.

Room was comfortable. However, there was a distinct old stuffy smell as if the room hadn't freshened for years. So much so I had my husband run to the store to get Lysol disinfectant, we sprayed the room and went out to dinner. When we came back, the room smelled a whole lot better

Cons:

The smell of the room. At 9 am we went for breakfast, it was terrible, cold scrambled eggs, room temp bacon. I grabbed a yogurt and the rest of our cold breakfast ended up in the garbage
