Too hot in there and had to change rooms at midnight and the next room had holes all in the blankets.

The property is being updated which was nice and the location is good.

Cons:

Breakfast only consisted of dry cereal and a waffle maker. Powdered coffee creamer in lobby only. Coffee maker in room was not complete and therefore not useable.

Windham needs to maintain property better.
Pros:

The location is good for road trip stopping.

Cons:

It was not maintained well. Pool was unusable. Ice machines were broken. The bedspread was permanently stained or just not cleaned. The shower did not drain.

Nice hotel and best room service and Beds.
Pros:

This place is super clean and the employee’s friendliness is amazing. The breakfast was nice and beds were comfortable. I will stay here again. Dev is amazing at the desk!!

I wish I had extended my stay for the entire 3 days I stayed in Conway. I loved it so much. I will definitely return.
Pros:

It was so cozy and the staff was so incredible nice to me. I loved the cleanliness of the room and the over all entire vibe. The bed was so comfortable.

Cons:

Well.. the pool wasn’t up and running but I survived.
