Pros:

I loved the gal that checked us in . They had us booked for the second floor and I asked her for a first floor room. We are getting up in age and
I didn't want to carry our stuff up to the second floor. Any way she found me and my wife one on the first floor. I was so grateful.

Cons:

Our coffee pot in our room did not work. I told the guy at the desk about it and he said I don't know anything about coffee pots. Although they had fresh coffee in the lobby.

Need to remodel the entire facility. Very outdated.
Mold all over room, blow dryer didn’t work, tv went in & out with connection I suppose, & need elevator.

Cons:

The man at the front desk canceled my reservation and booked the room I had paid for before I arrived on the 20th. I emailed and spoke with someone to let them know I wasn’t going to make it on the 19th but would be there on 20. I received pre check-in info from Super 8 and sent a note on that app. The front desk guy was horribly rude and confrontational when I asked about why they sold my room and even worse when I asked about purchasing another room. He was unprofessional toward me and was the opposite of anyone that should be working in the hospitality industry.

Pros:

The staff was very nice, the bed was comfortable and the location was great. It was still a decent value for a comfortable place to stay for the night.

Cons:

The hotel is dated. The breakfast was very small, no hot items. There was no waste basket in the bathroom.

Pros:

All the staff was very helpful. I had a problem with the remote control for the TV and they gave me a different one that worked great. The breakfast selection was great. There was a variety of things to choose between.
