No bed bugs

Cons:

Lights didn’t work, TV wouldn’t turn on, no elevator and there’s 3 floors, the pillows were so flat it didn’t feel any different to not use a pillow then they denied our request for extra pillows

The front desk Bryan was great.

Cons:

The property was disgusting. The room smelled awful the towels were dirty colored stained on comforter and holes in the sheets holes in the bathroom door. Would not want anyone to stay here it was absolutely awful 😞 and scary honestly

Truthfully you get what you paid for and location was great and convenient for the night. Tv and lights were fine, and bed comfortable.

Cons:

Noticed a burnt hole in blanket and some strange burn marks on toilet, everything appeared washed though. Even though it says no smoking clearly someone had and also smelled like faint cigarettes in the stairwell. The facilities like the fridge and microwave turning on was strange as we had to flip a switch to get them turned on. The shower on its hottest setting was lukewarm. The ac was either too hot or too cold and for two people one would get frozen (closest to ac) and the other would be overheating. Neither of us got much sleep.
