The room was clean and overall it was comfortable. It had a refrigerator and microwave, which is always nice. They will laminate floors so no dirty carpets. There is a decent continental breakfast served in the morning.
The room was 84° upon arrival. It cooled down fairly quickly once the AC was turned on. There is no air conditioning in the hallways, and there is no elevator. The food for the breakfast was fine, but the area is very cramped. Layout as bad and I literally bumped into people.

No visitors
Staff was very nice, both checking in and out. Breakfast was decent with mostly healthier options. Close options to restaurants, gas stations and freeway access.
Couldn't figure out what the dozens of black dots were in the toilet and bathtub until I realized the were dead ants. I killed over a half dozen live ones before I was comfortable enough to use the bathroom. No other ants found in the room.
They only two things that were OK is that the beds were comfortable & the staff was nice.
The pictures and the description of the property are misleading. The property is very dated. It has a strong musty odor. The pool is not clean and is very small. The breakfast is lackluster the snacks that they have for purchase are old and stale.
