The only thing I liked was that it was close to where I had to be.

Cons:

I didn’t like the mold in my bathtub I asked multiple times about and the dead bugs in there as well.

Bed was comfortable. Staff was nice.

Cons:

Found roaches in bathroom. No soap to wash with. TV did not have any channels to watch. Had all the apps for Netflix and others but was not allowed to connect. Will not stay again!

Pros:

This hotel was conveniently located, close to the lake, restaurants and shopping.

Cons:

The bathroom in our room smelled strongly of urine which permeated through the entire space. There was no closet or extra blankets/pillows. Additionally, the room rate included a $12 charge for breakfast which consisted of cereal and granola bars only. Very disappointing.

Check-ins were very fast and easy. The front looked cleaned and smelled amazing.

Cons:

My room #117 smelled bad, and the tub wasn't clean. The shower curtain had mildew on the end. I had to purchase my own cleaning supply to clean up. The bed covers felt like it wasn't completely dry, and the pillow cases didn't look clean. Thank God I'm always bringing my own blankets and pillows.
