Worked for the time stayed.
Cons:

They only had a cold breakfast of cereal. Not good enough for the kids we had with us. I don't eat cold cereal. They should say all they have is said such.

The room was nice

Cons:

There is a big trek outside my window that stayed on the whole time. I stayed there. Did not like the noise. When I was gonna get ready to leave on Monday, the truck was gone. It was quiet and it was nice. Wish it was nice the whole two days I was there, but that’s all right.

Pros:

2 women and 1 man loud and profanty at 1:00 am till 4:00 am could no sleep went to front Desk at 4:00 am to no aveal was not happy no rest that night. Realy sucked

I honestly had an okay stay, but wouldn’t choose this hotel again.
Pros:

Clean rooms and bed, decent for the price, average breakfast.

Cons:

There is a man that works up front that’s very rude and unprofessional, lacks communication skills and the ability to understand customers needs.

There was no stay. He refused check-in. Now is refusing to respond to refund requests.
Pros:

Nothing. The staff was hateful. So rude my sister went and stayed in her car instead of staying at the hotel. She never checked in.
Not only that the refuse to respond to booking.com for a refund. I have disputed the charge through my bank.

Cons:

He could have treated my sister with respect and patience. She is a traveling nurse.

Over all stay was good except for being so rudely woken up and accused of things that did not happen

I enjoy how easy it is to reach this location in Hot Springs. Everytime I travel to the area, I always pick this location.

Cons:

I was very displeased with the manner we, my girlfriend and I, were rudely woken up at 8:20 in the morning on the date of September 21st in room 315. We was woken up and member of the staff from the front desk said through the door "We must leave because we had checked out last night." That wasn't the case at all. I went downstairs the night before, September 20th, to return a key card that wasn't working properly. My girlfriend had a working key card so I figured I would just turn in the card I had that did not work.

Somehow I suppose the staff assumed I had checked out. Never did I check out. The previous night staff saw me returning upstairs to my room and never leaving the premises after that.

I can understand that perhaps there was a miscommunication with your staff on this matter, but that needs to be worked on better by your staff. Communication. Never before have we been accused of checking out when we haven't. The situation could have been approached better. Come ask us to verify, not just knocking on the door and demanding we leave because we checked out the same day we arrived. Does that make sense to you? It certainly doesn't to us.

We aren't looking for anyone to be fired at all, but we are seriously debating if we will ever return to this location at all due to this error and just sheer rudeness of the front desk staff. Please have your employees work on better communication so no other guests put in this same and very uncomfortable situation.
